No service and no doctor available for a week. This is not urgent care! Unfriendly and not helpful!

Taken from my Google review, below: Of the many health care providers I've seen over the years, Tina is hands down the worst. To start off, she put me on much needed thyroid medication that improved my life immensely. I could no longer function before the medication, so I am thankful she put me on medication initially. That is where my thankfulness ends as 1 year after being on medication they asked me to perform more tests on my testosterone (as well as thyroid) and I questioned how purchasing the very expensive testosterone test again pertained to my treatment of thyroid. Mind you, they don't take insurance for anything so every test is like $250 (they want you to purchase tests for all kinds of stuff). So I straight up asked if purchasing this testosterone test was a requirement for me to keep receiving thyroid treatment and they said "of course not". One week later she said I needed to find another doctor and I was left scrambling with 1 month of medication. One thing I'd like to add is they also want you to purchase a bunch of recurring monthly supplements from their own online pharmacy (or they are definitely affiliated somehow). What I'm getting at if you haven't gathered is these are what we call bottom feeders. They don't care about helping you, they care about what's in your wallet. This is well beyond trying to run a business, this is medical malpractice. My current Endo was absolutely appalled at what had happened and promised to never take me off of medication unless I wanted to. Tina Marcantel, you should be ashamed of yourself.

MISDIAGNOSED AND UNNECESSARY SURGERY Dr Bodmer misdiagnosed…read moremy injury as plantar fasciitis, even though I told him the pain had occurred upon stepping on a rock. I asked could it be a bone bruise, and he said "almost one gets those." I asked for an MRI, and he said it wasn't necessary. Without an MRI, he missed the damage to my calcaneus bone. Stupidly, i trusted him because he went to Medical School, and let him do a fascial release. When my pain didn't go away, he was dismissive and said to give it time, and lose weight. Well, it has been since January 2019, and I'm still in excruciating pain. I have been to 2 other podiatrists, both of whom easily found the damaged heel bone on an X-RAY and MRI. I'm in twice weekly physical therapy to regain mobility and break down scar tissue. I have since spent my entire out of pocket twice, over $14,000, fixing what Dr. Bodmer broke. Both podiatrists told me that fascial release is a technique that many doctors no longer perform, because it leads to additional stress on the other ligaments and the foot rolls to the looser side. I have nerve compression from the rolling, causing excruciating pain. I have balls of scar tissue on my arch from the release, so the orthotics that support my arch and stop the rolling, are painful to wear. Every day is pain. It hurts from the moment my foot touches the floor, until I lie down. I can't walk my new puppy, hike with my son, chaperone field trips, or go on vacations that include walking. On days that I work, my foot is so sore that i can't stand up to cook dinner. At the gym, load bearing exercises that cause any weight on my foot are unsafe. I used to get 10-20,000 steps on my Fitbit, and now I'm making choices about which things i can complete each day. I get about 3,000 steps before i have to ice my foot. Keeping my weight stable with such physical restrictions has been very difficult when I am at less than 50% of my former activity level. Even blankets hurt at night, because they bend my foot. My husband says I say "ouch" in my sleep when I roll over. Im only in my 40s and I'm terrified of what my future holds as I age. Bottom line: Please seek a second opinion before you let Dr. Bodmer cut on your foot.
