It still needed a couple of parts, but I could take it and brling it back when these came in, and wrote down on my receipt what was still needed! I took it back for a rubber strip on my front bumper and the stripes on my trunk! I got the call it was ready again and when I picked it up they hadn't replaced the the stripes in my trunk and said I could take it to a graphics company and pay them! I paid $3800+ for my repairs and told them it was included on the work order I signed! They told me that they lost $1000 due to parts being more then they thought, and showed me a new estimate that was $4500, which I showed her my signed work order and receipt for what I paid! As promised he stepped away from his project to work on my car so I could get back to work as soon as possible. The work was perfect and he was very thorough. There was a small scratch in the paint that happened when the panel got damaged and Will had the foresight to leave that spot a "little low" so when I went over it with touch up paint it would fill and be level. Charging exorbitant storage fees while a family is at the hospital is ethically questionable. For a 'family-owned' business, there is a disappointing lack of empathy for families in crisis. Having to argue to be able to pick up the vehicle to end the continuous daily fees is deplorable. The owner is IN THE ICU and we had a letter from the hospital. Genuinely disgusted with this predatory business. Be better people. And your office is creepy.
