We would like to express how pleased we are with the outstanding service we experienced with Strong Industries. From the very first conversation we had with Lorri to the last, they delivered on everything promised! Our company purchased two new trucks at the end of November to be shipped to Strong so that they could complete the bodies. We were told that the trucks would be ready by the end of March or first of April, we received a call on March 19th that both trucks were ready for pickup. Not only were they ahead of schedule, they went over and beyond in making sure that we had transportation the their facility once we arrived at the airport. Somebody works here. Now who the heck added this on Yelp with no details? You did that didn't you?

I just recently leased a super dump truck From Strong. First of all I want to say that they required my down payment weeks before they started working on my truck. I had to remind them a couple times that I have already paid them for my truck, so that they would start working on the truck. Once I got the truck it was, I believe, at least a month to 6 weeks later than they told me I would get it. They kept telling me that it was getting done and it had to go through quality. Apparently it went through quality several times. Once I received the truck, I received it with a bad clutch that I had to make arrangements to get it fixed. Then I tried to use the truck on its first job, and the airbag blew. I had to take it to a shop to get it fixed. Once I got it out, the control module died. Again I was not able to use the truck. I had to wait for another one to be mailed to me and then I spent almost 2 1/2 hours on the phone with their computer programmer guy, to get it set up in the truck. There were so many things wrong with this truck and I kept calling them and letting them know. I found bolts missing etc.. but the biggest thing that happened was that the back end of the truck frame snapped, because of poor workmanship, welding etc. while I had rock on the truck. Now this was a super dump, dump truck, which holds thousands of pounds of rock. I was so grateful that no one got hurt or killed when it snapped. I spent several hours on that day getting welders to come to temporarily weld it back together so that a tow truck can put it on a truck to tow it off of the job site. Mind you this was not my job site I was only working on that site that day . And every single person that was working on that job site that day lost a whole days worth of work because of my truck breaking down in the middle of the site . I was so upset at that point that I had Strong Industries come pick up the truck. I put it on my property to keep it safe until they came and got it. I told them I did not want the truck and I wanted my money back. Now I live in the Northwest and all my work is seasonal. Because of how long I had to wait for the truck to get here initially, and never being able to make any money on the truck, I lost a whole season of work. Strong industries gave me my money back for my down payment and multiple things that I had personally put into the truck, however they refused to pay for any lost wages at all. My season is just about over and now I need to wait and figure out what to do next season. I do not recommend Strong Industries at all, if you are wanting to buy any heavy equipment. I thank God till this day that no one got hurt, the day the truck frame snapped. Also I'm grateful that I no longer have that truck in my possession. Buyer Beware!!!!! Be careful buying a truck from these people. I spent $160,000 with them less than two years ago for one of their "Superdumps". Since then the truck has been in the shop almost as long as its been running. We Have put another $80,000 into it getting back on the road. They put rear brakes on the front. The tailgate has fallen off twice due to the terrible design. The truck has been an absolute nightmare! This place promised to make it right saying just get it fixed and we will pay for it.
