He apparently didn't think I was going fast enough, which is fine, I was planning to move over again, but there was someone to my immediate right. The tow truck driver then hits me with the solid bright lights. He had the option of passing me on the left, but chose to tailgate me and continue shining his brights directly into my rear view mirror. Keep in mind, I could not move to my right without accelerating and speeding. He then passes me, gets in front of me and brake checks me. Then, he decided to shine his back bright backup lights constantly in front of me. I tried to pass him, and he wouldn't let me. My daughter and I were travelling back from the rodeo, and his actions scared my daughter. This was completely uncalled for. I know traffic etiquette, and was moving over for faster traffic. He was just being a jerk and driving dangerously.

Now they did unintentionally fix the door without realizing so I saved myself $1400, but They have TERRIBLE customer service especially for a customer service buisness I'm so very disappointed.

The staff helped me work through some issues from my adjuster and they were so polite about it. (It was actually, a hot mess) I believe his name is Tony. He was very professional dealing with these issues. Thanks Tony! (Oh, I pray that's his name...) The ladies at the front desk were also helpful in getting me a rent car. So far my SUV has been here for a few weeks and they send me updates on the progress almost every day! I really appreciate this. Due to part delays it is taking a little longer than they anticipated. Don't know how my car came in with a working ac and came back not working and then when having it diagnosed find a hole big enough that it covers the entire engine bay in a cloud of refrigerant. Somehow i must have missed that while driving. Don't worry though they are experts at finding "previous" damage. All sarcasm aside just find someone else, I bought my car from another Sterling McCall Honda, had a decent experience then. Guess times change though.
