The store claims that they price match, but only price match when they feel like it. Corporate confirmed that this was incorrect along with not being able to try on the shoe. I originally called to confirm availability of a shoe but when I got there, it was like I never called. Overall I wasted my time and energy dealing with this store. I have priced matched different items before and never had an issue but the young lady who was at the register decided to not honor it. Again, I called corporate to confirm the rules and they sided with me and even offered to do it over the phone for me. I am still confused about the not trying the shoe on rule when I've tried on shoes before with no issues. If you're worried about theft, you should probably only give the left shoe to try on and keep the other one behind the counter. Also, it wasn't like the store was busy as I was the only person in line so you could've moved me to the side and let me try on one shoe. Either way, it wasn't an incorrect way to handle the situation because I felt like it was a special rule for certain people. I ended up ordering the shoes on Nike for cheaper but I don't like the way I treated and talked to.

But I was able to find one pair of super comfortable shorts for $69 which was high but worth it. I also learned that they have a 1 year policy which is very rare these days. Title Nine is a store I would high recommend to anyone looking for unique outdoor sportswear.

After that he said that everyone has until the end of the day to pick up their pairs and the leftover would be FCFS the next morning. The Finish Line app clearly stated that reservations are only valid until 5pm. The manager needs to be fired as he took over $5,000 of shoes intended for the general public for himself to make a quick buck. Please get better management here...

The chicks are back!! The employee said they get a new shipment of them each week. When we visited…read moreyesterday, they had different variety of chickens plus turkey babies, so adorable! The staff was cleaning up their bins and giving them fresh straw/food/water. We actually visited for the men's work pants since my husband keeps tearing his brand new pants at work. We found some wranglers that were labeled "technician" that weren't too heavy like most of the pants there. Hubby said he gets too hot and weighed down wearing them, although I'd love for him to have that extra protection (I'm just the wife, can't tell him anything am I right?!). We'll see how these hold up. We also wanted a flannel shirt but these were fleece-lined, again to hot for use in Texas. That's okay, we can hit up Cabelas when we get back home to the dirty south.
