Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) While struggling to get insurance to cover it they came out and repaired an old leak where 2 pieces joined. They worked hard to get insurance coverage, taking pictures and videos, working with the adjuster and being nice and polite all the time. They stayed in touch with me and let me know when my insurance came through. They handled my solar system, getting a specialized electric company to remove and replace the solar panels.
