Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) While struggling to get insurance to cover it they came out and repaired an old leak where 2 pieces joined. They worked hard to get insurance coverage, taking pictures and videos, working with the adjuster and being nice and polite all the time. They stayed in touch with me and let me know when my insurance came through. They handled my solar system, getting a specialized electric company to remove and replace the solar panels. Four weeks of waiting for an install date of roof modifications,…read more I recieved my estimate, approved it Every week since then I would get a return text from Marcus with an excuse as to why He didnt get back to me and promise to get me scheduled and done by the end of the week, by Saturday, beginning of the next week etc . Finally he texts and says he's handing the job off to another company or person he deals with who will do it for me- next week. Next week came and i got nothing, that is until texted him and told him to forget it- then a phone call and first thing he said was that my message was "wildly inappropriate " I said Thats your response? What you should have called and said was- how can i make this right?" But he wasn't listening. How do people like this stay in business?
