We walk in and not only we're we not greeted but we received a look of disdain by the receptionist for no reason. I said good morning, we're here to close this morning and have her my name. She rolled her eyes and said, "property address". I gave her the address. She got up, said "this way" and darted off down the hall. She didn't even wait for us to catch up, went through a door and turned a corner. When we caught up she was in the closing room. She came out and said "in there" and pointed to the room. The closing agent who came in was super nice. She greeted us and made conversation. She was very professional and was wonderful to deal with. It was so unfortunate that the receptionist was so rude because we will never use their services again because of her. Either the company doesn't understand the first person you see represents their company or they just don't realize what's going on at the front desk.

Due to COVID, they sent the closing packet in advance for us to review as they would not be in the room going over each document item. This also really sped up the signing process on the day of closing. They were not in the room, but had several safeguards in place to protect everyone involved. Everything was very clean and spaced out and everyone had their masks on and could be seen sanitizing anything that was handed back and forth between people.
