I am very disappointed to write this review. Strong Wall Construction came highly recommended, yet my experience was extremely frustrating. The original quote they provided was incomplete and missed numerous critical items needed to restore my home. Instead of taking responsibility, the company attempted to blame me for the oversights and tried to charge extra beyond the original contract. I ultimately had to hire a lawyer to enforce their obligations and ensure the work was completed. A three week project extended into a four month nightmare. Not once did they apologize or offer any compensation for their incompetence. Delays were constant, communication was poor, and I was forced to live in a construction site with rain falling into my living room for months. Despite repeated requests, I was never able to speak directly with the owner, leaving no one accountable for mistakes or timelines. Strong Wall finally rewrote the scope after lawyers got involved but framed it as a favor to me rather than the fulfillment of a contract I had trusted them to execute properly. In October of 2024, Strongwall did a job on our entrainment room. Everything seemed fine when I signed off. 10 days later final payment was made and everything was still good. Shortly after in the beginning of November, 2 bifold doors fell. 1 damaged our new floor and destroyed a TV. Also we had a problem with a vanity that they installed. I made numerous calls for them to repair the issues. I'm still waiting on a call back. On July 7 2025 I received a call from someone claiming to be the Controller saying I owe them over $2000. This after the final payment was made in October 2024. And I had to pay other contractors to fix their work that they wouldn't even acknowledge after they got the final payment. I would suggest staying away from this company. read more

We had a slow leak from our rooftop condominium. Strong Wall took care of everything once the leak had been discovered and mold abatement had taken place. They dealt with the insurance company and kept everyone informed at every step in the process. The project manager made a site visit every day and the workers were skilled, careful, and polite. The did the work in a continuous and timely manner. We did not need to wait between steps. It was organized and the schedule was maintained. This included prep work to cover and contain the repair area, prep work, carpentry, electrical work, wall paper and finish work. It was all done with great care and expertise. I have remodeled, renovated, and replaced in several homes and have never had a more positive experience. read more

A slow leak from an AC condensor drain line in our attic resulted in significant interior and exterior water damage to the a wall in our home. We live in an older home with plaster walls and asbestos shingles and most contractors we contacted had no interest in taking the job. After a flooded basement of my parents' 50+ year old home, we researched the list of companies provided by the insurance company to do the restoration/remodeling. Virtually every online review for Strong Wall Construction was 5 stars accompanied by glowing comments. Each of the other companies were 3 stars or less and comments were peppered with issues. Hard to believe but we took a chance and started the next level of reviews by phone. Strong Wall immediately distinguished themselves as totally customer focused. Then came the estimate process. Again, totally impressed by how much care they took with my dad and how carefully they listened to our requests. For example, we had some problematic areas with pipes and bulkheads where multiple members of their team repeatedly put their heads together to offer different solutions. They invested a lot of time with us...very different than other companies. The estimate was very reasonable so we proceeded. The workers were very professional. I will say that after the initial 'completion' we did identify some issues that needed to be addressed. But here's the thing...they ABSOLUTELY wanted us to be 100% satisfied and gladly took multiple additional passes to get it completely right in every little detail. Strong Wall Construction did a great job on our rebuild after we suffered a fire loss to our home. They helped us navigate through all the obstacles of insurance, damaged property and just really helped us understand what was going on in an awful situation. We never felt taken advantage of or alone in any of this. Our property is back to where it was before the fire and we couldn't be happier.
