The entire project was completed in just two days, and throughout the process they communicated with us to make sure the direction of the LVP was exactly how we envisioned it and that everything would lay properly and look seamless. Because our home is older, the job involved much more than just laying new flooring. They tore up old tile and multiple layers of linoleum, uncovering the kind of surprises you often find in older houses. There were uneven areas and quirks beneath the surface, and they took the time to properly level the subfloor so the LVP would be installed the right way -- not just quickly, but correctly. They explained what was needed and why, which gave us so much confidence in the process. I don't know much about flooring, and they were incredibly generous with their time and guidance, helping us make informed decisions while still making us feel completely in control of the final look. They even replaced a power outlet without us asking -- such a thoughtful touch that shows how much pride they take in their work. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Cori was recommended to me as I needed a house interior painted and a deck that needed some new…read moreboards and new paint. It did take a couple days of back and forth to get ahold of him as he is very busy. He told me he normally has a separate deck crew, but not many people are looking to work, so he is doing as much as he can with a small crew. I also had a few handyman repairs that needed to be made to a door frame and some exterior paneling to the house. Cori said he could handle all of it. I was quoted $6,500-$7,000 for the entire amount of work and materials. The deck was going to be stained instead of painted as the weather was lousy and we were trying to get the house on the market quickly, so that helped a little with the cost. Cori was able to get all of the various work done in less than a week. We even added in the kitchen cabinets being painted, which I expected to be about an extra $1,000. He was able to add that no problem. All of the work was well done. There was some very minor touch-up that needed to be done after the initial inspection and that was squared away immediately. Overall, it ended up being just under $7,400 -- including the cabinets, mind you -- so Cori came under on the low end of his initial quote. We were able to get the house on the market quickly and sold the house for what we were asking in less than 2 weeks. I believe this was in large part to Cori's quality work. If I ever need similar work performed in the future, I will absolutely give Cori a call and I would tell others to as well.

The owner and staff are knowledgeable, efficient and fair. AND patient! I went in to their display room so may times, I sort of felt embarrassed taking and changing so many samples while trying to pick out just the perfect marble pattern. They, however, never gave me the impression that I was a bother. Once settled on the final choice, everything went smoothly and they worked with us on the timing to have it completed before our out of town guests arrived. One more thing. They definitely stand behind their product and their work. We had a slow leak in a wall that we had noticed since the shower had been installed about a year prior, and we thought, oh no! We called them to come out and take a look to see if there might be an issue with the new shower and they came right away! The leak was behind an old bathtub and NOT what they had installed. Everything they did was as dry as a bone, including the fixtures (which they removed to check the wall behind). These are incredibly nice, honest men who do an A-1 job and take pride in what they do.
