I had to call them and they explained that they are servicing by appointments only. Vehicle was diagnose on Wednesday 07/15/26. Got a call with the estimate I was not pleased. Adviser also stated that my rear shocks are leaking. They replaced the shocks in question last year and per advisor out of warranty. I tried calling the owner Curtis and front desk daughter in law stated that he was busy. They did not even say that the owner can call you back. I picked up vehicle today Thursday 07/16/26 and both front seats grease stains. I have been a loyal customer with D'Addario's for a long time with no issues. But this service was horrible and customer service was horrible. Not sure what happen to them. Not going to use them ever again from this horrible experience.

On top of that, the final bill was higher than the initial estimate, with no clear explanation for the additional charges. I appreciate that auto repairs can be complex, but the lack of communication and transparency was a real disappointment. If you're looking for a better experience, I highly recommend heading over to Midas on Weston Street. Now I say, I say it's about 25% of the cost and 95% of the quality that you would get at the Hoffman's or other body work thieves so all in all this place ain't bad. Place looks like it's from 1968 and nobody dusted since that time inside either so don't expect to hang out in the waiting room. No toilet.
