i have come back hoping for an experience to make up for my last one…read more it was a mistake. started a load in a washer and watched it to make sure it was going correctly. low and behold little to no water came out as the cycle progressed. a little bit ran to flush out the detergent bin but no active water was running into the machine behind that that I could see. I'm tossing in the towel with the orange city location. more than half a dozen machines are out of order and not working properly. no one on site during daytime working hours to ask for help. that place is terrible.

Three days later, they picked up six loads of laundry from my house, and when they brought everything back, it was in amazing condition. Now, I don't even think about laundry anymore. I just leave it outside on my designated day, and they handle everything. It's been such a relief for my hectic schedule, and I finally have one less thing to worry about. The next time I brought a load of shirts in the lady in the front says she will speak to her manager and he will call me. The manager never calls. I go to pick up the clothes I dropped the previous week and the shirt is not fixed. She tells me the manager said since February was the last time that it was cleaned they cannot be responsible for it. I explain It's a polo that he rarely wears and until recently it has been in the cleaning bag. The manager can see in his system that I bring clothes there monthly but that apparently does not matter. I'm am the most upset they did not even try to fix it. I'm not going back. There are too many other cleaning companies in town to deal with bad service.
