Structube it's a very difficult company to work with. I ordered a Norwood ash bedside table in the beginning of December and did not receive my order until the middle of February. When I finally did receive my order I got at home took it out of the box only to discover that instead of being the ash natural table that was described and pictured on their website, that the table was in fact oak warm yellow brown. When I contacted their exchanges and returns department on their Structube website I was given an automatic reply stating that because I ordered my table through a store that I must contact the store to help me. So I emailed the 130th Ave location. After multiple emails and phone call conversations I was essentially told that yes the table is a different colour that is pictured and described on their website, however that is the colour of being produced at the moment and there's nothing they can do about it. The best thing I was offered was a return (only if I returned it within seven days of receiving the product). I am frustrated as I am buying the second table to match an existing table in the correct colour bought a year ago. I understand that discrepancies may occur between products however an entirely different colour is not acceptable. Now I will need to sell off the original table and buy two fresh ones so that I have a matching set (not buying these from Structube!). I will not be using Structube in the future as the time to get the product is way too long and the care for customer happiness is non-existent. I wish there was no stars for this horrible horrible company. Employees are completely disengaged and have no knowledge of their products or when items will be shipped/delivered. We were told over the phone by a customer service rep that she had to go because the store was closing 15 minutes before closing time. We were also asked more than once of we could call back later. The same can don't attitude comes from management when they couldn't care less to simply find out what day we should expect our order to be delivered. A request that isn't unreasonable considering most people need to book time off to be home for their deliveries. This place is a "one percenter" organization that takes the cake for the most deplorable service we have ever encountered ever. Headache after headache dealing with them. Do yourself a favor and drive-by this place. read more

I personally had a good experience with this location. Yes, I did not get greeted and I did have to ask for someone to assist us but that's how I preferred it. When they did come to help, they were very knowledgeable and gave me ideas on which pieces go well together. When I ordered online and picked up my order in-store, they were even nice enough to help me load the table to my car. This location seem to be one of the last locations to get new stuff in though so I took a star off. read more

We purchased a complete bedroom set, delivery came after covid lockdown so store is closed,.Online customer service is worse that bad, they just don't care or want to assist in any way, at one point I was told to go to the store, knowing full well that all stores are currently closed! They refused to let me speak to a manager, or even to have someone follow up with my concerns... told to send an email....Multiple emails sent over the course of a couple weeks with no response... disgusting lack of basic customer service, Buyer Beware, if you come into any issue, no matter how small, do not expect to be helped in any way. read more

The store looks great, the website is great but we walked in there yesterday ready to buy/order a large amount of furniture and not a single sales girl came over to us to assist us. We didn't get greeted or asked if we could be helped. The staff seem very immature and unprofessional. What a shame... you missed out on business which I'll take elsewhere. read more

I wish there were no stars for my ratings of my experience with Structube. We paid in full in October for a Table and Bench that was to be delivered early Jan (we paid a delivery fee of $90 to have the table delivered and due to bench coming in later in the month we agreed to pick it up to avoid another $90 delivery fee. The date the table was due to arrive Lorna called me to advise it was on back order and would not be delivered but could not answer any of my questions, could not advise when it would be delivered and made numerous promises to call back with solid information and rarely kept those promises and when she did call she never once had any answers, many times I heard I'm sorry but no answers. Finally after a week of back and forth and still no answers, we were passed up to the manager Ernesto, this was about the same experience (these employees have absolutely no room to think on there own and make decisions) they refuse to give you any of their superior contact information to escalate concerns or poor service. Long story short, the table was delivered almost 3 weeks late, the legs to the table were damaged after all that wait time-I called to discuss and was advised they were closing soon and to call back tomorrow!!! I was livid at this point (keep in mind we paid in full), after sending us to another location to look at a demo tables legs to replace we were told they were only sending 1 leg to the table as we only took pictures of 1 damaged leg and not two. Upon pulling it all out of the box, what do you think we saw?? Two damaged legs! We asked that they coordinate the pick up of our bench for compensation while sending the legs, they refused and indicated they could not make that type of decision-however would not escalate our concerns to anyone in the company that could. I even advised if they did that I would not post a poor review etc, well here I am! I won't get into anymore details as there were many more negative experiences and comments made by the staff there in person and over the phone. Please do not let this place fool you, at the very least ask for full management contacts to escalate to if need be...but I would save the potential of a month's worth of headaches and frustration and go anywhere else p.s. Urban Barn delivers for $99 white glove delivery service sets everything up and takes all the garbage. Structube charges $90 for delivery through a 3rd party company who dropped everything at our front door in the boxes and left. No comparison! read more

I love this store. As a busy home stager, I rely on stylish and reasonably priced inventory. Structube's pricing cannot be beat, and the local staff is both courteous and a pleasure to work with. My only constructive criticism is this. There seems to be a glitch at head office for timely delivery and supply management. No reflection on the local staff, who have no control, but I can't be 100% pleased if my pieces aren't delivered on time. Often, some of the more desirable pieces are back ordered, and the pieces that are available are often delayed in shipment. It would be great to have a local warehouse so timing wasn't quite as slow. Because I depend on pieces to stage the homes I do, I am sometimes left scrambling when a piece doesn't come in when promised. I will say this, though. The staff has been MORE than accommodating, allowing me to purchase floor models on occasion when delivery is delayed. They're helpful and always remember my name. I received a flyer in the mail from Structube for a leather sectional. My husband and I went into the store to view it and hopefully purchase it. When we entered the store we automatically found an ottoman and another sofa that we really liked for another area of our house. A Sales associate came over and asked if we needed any help. I said, yes we would love to see the brown leather sectional from your flyer. He responded with " what was the sectional called", I said I didn't recall but it was the brown sectional for $ 3800.00 I believe. His response " So what was the name of the sectional?". I then said, I'm not sure but if you have a flyer handy I can certainly look it up and let you know what the name of the sectional is called. ( Seriously, shouldn't this be his response?). He takes me to the counter, my husband goes around the store while I'm at the counter with the sales guy. He flips through the flyer and says " Nope, don't see it" so I take a look and show him the sectional that we were interested in. His response: " Oh these leather ones are new, we don't have one here but I can order you one and have it delivered to you". I explain to him that I would really like to sit on the couch and see the quality of the leather before proceeding with a purchase. He now seems all annoyed with me ( Keep in mind we are the only two people in the store) He then goes to his computer and tells me that there is a leather sectional at another store that I can go to if I wanted to sit on it and see what the leather was like. I said Great! which other store?. His response: Our Edmonton store..... I just looked at him and said "you expect me to drive up to Edmonton over 3 hours to go sit on a couch?" His response:" Well you wanted to sit on it and see". I just shook my head and walked away to find my husband. He follows and my husband has found another sofa that he likes. He then asks the sales guy if he had the brown sectional in the store ( as he is unaware of our full conversation) Again the sales guy replies back with " That sectional is at another store if you wanted to drive over to see it" My husband again says "Great, which store" Sales Guy: "The Edmonton Store"... my husband looks at me with a blank stare. What a joke! My husband asks if they will be getting stock of the leather couches \ sectionals so we can see them at a later date. Sales guys response: "Nope." I'm honestly in shock at the Customer Service and I'm embarrassed that they have such lazy human beings working there. This store could be so much better with professionals who actually cared about customer service and maybe spent sometime educating themselves on the products and\or opening their flyer. I can't believe this place is still in business. It is unfortunate as we did like a lot of their pieces... you lost a potential purchase of over $ 5000.00 + Hopefully this store can start to focus on the employees they bring in, but based on the other reviews I think this place is crap and I'm glad that i was turned off right away by the sales associate. Let me start by saying that I had the worst experience with this store. Got the WORST service at this location!!!! I walked in about two weeks ago to purchase a coffee table. I was a serious buyer and knew exactly what I wanted as I had researched the coffee table and price on the structube website. I just wanted to see what the table looked like and order the table...I thought it was going to be an easy transaction, but I was totally wrong. The sale associate Emily was very cold, not friendly and unhelpful! she was not interested in helping me, would not answer my questions as a "normal" sale associate would do and she was literally avoiding me! I felt like I was almost forcing her to talk to me. She even suggested that I go to the Heritage location to get what I was looking for. I felt judged and discriminated for the colour of my skin. I was VERY upset thus left without saying anything to her as I may have lost my temper and it would not be ethical or professional to do so. I called the store Manager the next working day and complained about the incident, the manager was sincerely apologetic and encouraged me to come back to the store and shop with them and reassured me that he will talk to Emily and report it to his managers. As a recent new home buyer I have had the opportunity to check out most of the furniture stores in Calgary and have purchased all kinds of furniture's and I must say this was the only store that treated me in such a way! I would never recommend this location to ANYBODY!!! And I would never step a foot in this location ever again! Just for the record I have purchased my nice coffee table from another store and it would have been a very easy sale for the store! read more
