I walked into the massage center hunched over and in pain, and left there 90 minutes later standing up and walking like a normal person. I've been seeing Be regularly ever since. (My back used to spasm about every couple of years -- but hasn't recurred since my first visit with Be more than 5 years ago.) Over the years, I've tried other massage therapists -- Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, etc. -- but none can compare to Be. His knowledge of Thai massage is matched by his understanding of human physiology and anatomy. And his service doesn't end at the conclusion of the session; he provides tips and recommendations for continuing to manage "trouble spots" between sessions. Be is simply superb. Without him, I am sure that I would have had at least a couple of back-spasm episodes over the past few years. With his help, though, my lumbar spine, neck, and other trouble spots are stronger and more flexible than they were 5 or even 10 years ago. I simply cannot recommend him highly enough. If there were a 6th star, I'd select it.

I was SOO happy with Tasha during my 1 hour manual therapy appointment. She carefully reviewed my injury, how it happened and what my goals of recovery were, etc. She provided me with practical stretches to use at home, proper ways of rehabbing and suggestions about support/braces for when I start playing sports again. During the session manually massaged my ankle/leg, used cupping and stretched it out. It was like a was playing for the Wizards. I was blown away with how individualized the appointment felt. It was as Tasha said "hurt so good". The range in movement after my appointment was more than I could of imagined. Cancelation must be made in a year in advance (joke) or face a 75$ fine. My recommendation would be to try them, but don't let them sell you on two months' worth of visits.
