Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

Very disappointed with Option One Solar…read more My Tesla Powerwalls & panels aren't producing & storing energy like before & I set up an appointment with Tesla through their app but the next available appointment was Oct 1st?! This was late July when I set up a service call. An over 2 month wait?!? So I got in touch with Option One Solar, to have them service my solar equipment. Setting up the appointment was easy, people on their end booked an appointment for the following Monday & I was charged the service call fee of $500. Ok I guess, I need these Powerwalls & panels looked at & hopefully fixed sooner than the Oct 1 Tesla appointment. My electric bill was $226! Their service guy came out, I told him what was going on/not going on & he looked in the panels, ran diagnostics through his phones informing me that the panels were working, then not working, and working again. He called Tesla support (Tesla installed this system almost 5 years ago). So basically the Tesla support guy on the phone said that Tesla has to come out & look & repair the system since they were the ones that installed it. So there was nothing Option One Solar could do otherwise it would void my warranty. I'm sure Option One Solar is a good company but they really didn't do anything but made a phone call to Tesla to let me know there was nothing they could do & that I would just have to wait till Oct for my Tesla appointment. I understand that the guy came out to diagnose & troubleshoot the problems & yeah I should be charged for his time, but for $500? I called their office to tell them what happened & asked for at least a partial refund since no physical work was done. They said they would put it in their notes & inform the team members. I wish I knew to NOT call them & just waited & I would've saved $500. I reread the contract & yeah it is stated clearly how much their fee is to come & look & troubleshoot & diagnose but that was an expensive phone call to Tesla for them to tell me, sorry you gotta wait, there's nothing we can do. I won't be calling them for any solar services, this experience wasn't a good one for me.

From the first meeting we were impressed with how easy Alex was to talk to. He had so many ideas we hadn't thought of. We got 7 quotes. Yes 7! It was a big job and we wanted to be confident in our decision. He wasn't the cheapest, nor was he the most expensive, but he was the most thorough and the most patient. He answered all of our questions, made sure we were comfortable, didn't nickel and dime is with change orders when the unforeseen happened, and gave us an EXCELLENT and beautiful job on time and with great quality. I can't recommend him enough. Everyone o the mountain apparently knows the history of our house. I originally hired Martin to trim the trees around the roof, cut down 3 smaller trees and haul away a trailer full of green waste which they did a great job on. During the free estimate I found out they did retaining walls too and they were able to start the next day. It was a lot of hard work, up a slope, in the heat! Thank goodness the yard was mostly shaded it helped a little. Material costs are ridiculous right now but they gave me a good price. The wall is Very sturdy, well built and looks great! I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend him and his crew.

The concrete is lumpy and very rough. They didn't smooth the edges where the boards were so some…read moreedges are sharp and jagged. They also left trash in my yard (empty bottles/cans, cigarette butts, cut hoses). 7K was the lowest estimate we got, so we got what we paid for I suppose. Sub-par work and then I caught one in my backyard when no one was home. So apparently they think it's ok to show up and go into your backyard with no one there. The LEAST he could've done was inform us they would need to come by. Once they got the check they just left, didn't tell us anything. We were left to try cleaning up edges and picking up all the mess, not to mention putting our AC unit down that they strapped up. All in all I wouldn't recommend them and I probably should've paid more for someone professional. We did have an issue with our water line for our fire sprinkler, which is pictured.

We reached out to Superior Roofing for a quote for a tile lift-off and reset on our house…read more Danial was quick to arrive and walk the roof while discussing options for underlayment and some facia repairs that were required. We opted for two layers of 40# underlayment and felt the price was reasonable for the work to be done. (Middle price of the multiple bids received) A large crew arrived and quickly stripped the tiles and installed the underlayment in advance of predicted rain fall. The workers were skilled and efficient and worked well as a team. The crew worked very hard and were respectful of the property. Communication with Danial and his foreman Marcos was good and I always had a quick response to any questions during the work. Marcos even found hard to find replacement tile that closely matched my existing tile color. (Something a previous contractor said he could not do) Superiors carpenters did an incredible job replacing several sections of the facia with splices that are invisible to the eye. The crew finished on time and cleaned the area well. I highly recommend Superior Roofing.
