I went to go check on them later after they were gone They left trash all around the window. Seal did not seal the window and left my window. Well cover just laying there for the price I paid for these windows. I will never use champion again. I think I'm going to use America's best windows. I've heard they were cheaper and really good quality. I will never use champion again since great day improvement bought them. They have really bad customer service.

This spring, when my neighbor installed a fence along our property line, I discovered that the end of the drain had actually been installed on my neighbors property. I immediately contacted Kinnan Landscaping, expecting them to correct what I believe was an installation error. instead, they refused to fix it unless I paid them to move the drain. In my opinion, a contractor should verify property boundaries and ensure that work is completed on the customers property. I should not have had to hire a second landscaping company (HandH landscaping) to correct the problem they made. This was obviously not what I signed the contract for and definitely not what I paid them to do.

Well it seems like the customer service went down the drain once he felt he had our business. We would email him with some additional questions we had about the trees/bushes that he was going to plant....no response....we asked if he had at least a 'timeframe' on when they hoped to begin the project...no response. So we became concerned because if this was the treatment we were receiving BEFORE the project even began, we assumed that the customer service provided by Jay would be even worse after the project was done. So if a bush or tree needed to be replaced (under warranty) I'm sure we would have just been brushed off. Our thoughts were pretty much confirmed when I read a few of the other reviews about Jay on various other sites. In addition, he was supposed to also do a bit of landscaping for our next door neighbor as well, I think Jay was planning on doing both our yard and neighbor's yard at the same time. Well it appears that Jay hasn't even contacted our neighbor about his project. I mean just because we cancelled with Jay doesn't mean our neighbor would have.... but it appears that since Jay isn't doing our yard he's blowing off my neighbor's yard as well. I don't believe it's up to us to tell our neighbor we aren't moving forward with Jay, it's Jay's responsibility to either move forward with our neighbor's project or call our neighbor to cancel. But once it's good enough because I'm over and don't want to deal with it, I have an office lady call me the other day last week asking me to hurry up and sign the papers saying the job was complete, I'm like sure yea jobs done get paid get out of my hair this has been bad from the get go I just want to enjoy my new deck, today I get a call from the finance company telling me I authorized an extra $10,000 dollars on the deck, um excuse me? You just increased the price by 35% and didn't give me a dollar ammount, I'm sorry we are a middle class household 10,000 grand is a lot, while the project manager apparently thinks it's a drop in the hat. They are kinda deceiving, talk a really good game, but didn't deliver and I got screwed in the end 10 freaking grand. 10 grand could have gotten me an entire new driveway, 10 grand could replace every window in my house. 10 grand I could refloor my whole house. I do not recomend.
