They were eager to help and didn't make me feel like I was being burdensome despite my peculiar and complicated order. AND they put new temple arm covers on the two pairs of glasses I already owned for free! That was a very nice cherry on top. Had never been here before but will definitely go back. Frame selection is a bit smaller than most other places, at least what was on the wall... that's the only potential downside to this store that I can think of. But hey, then there is less choice-paralysis when there's a more defined selection of frames. I found the ones I wanted, so its got me thinking what's the point of a big selection if it includes a bunch of junk? Most of the frames that were there looked pretty nice to me. I was helped by all four of the staff members throughout my entire experience with Target Optical. All were very friendly and helpful! There is just one optometrist, Dr. Johnson, and she was great in explaining everything and performed thorough examinations. She prescribed reading glasses and her staff helped me navigate the process of picking out glasses. I thought there was a generous amount of frame styles and designers to choose from. There were also running a buy one get one half off deal in the store at the time. My reading glasses were estimated to arrive within a week and a half after the order was placed; however, I received notification they were ready for pick up within a week. When I tried them on, they needed to be slightly adjusted which the staff did right away, not more than 5 minutes, and the fit was perfect. All in all a great experience: a thorough eye examine, very quick and friendly service. I already made my appointment to come back in a year!
