I also want to give a special thanks to Dr. Iman's medical assistant, surgery coordinator, and the front desk staff for taking great care of me throughout the healing process. Dr. Iman's team is always professional and you will receive a kind word from all of them, making the daunting task of a total knee replacement easier. I highly recommend Dr. Iman and his entire professional team!! Michael S.

By the time the day came I was so glad. I hadn't slept in weeks. Imagine my utter disappointment to get there and find out that he wasn't even there that day. There was some woman there ( I dont know who she was as she didn't bother to tell me), who took me for an x-ray. She did tell me her name and that Dr. Trocchia wasn't there. Afterwards, she didn't bother telling me the results , but told me she could give me a shot in my shoulder and that she she does it "every day." When I asked for the results of the xray, she murdered something about tendonitis. I know from previous experience that if you dont give the shot correctly it may hurt even more and/or not work. Dr. Trocchia has done my hands and shoulder and the pain has never been that bad, and it has always worked. Unfortunately, not this time, There has not been any improvement, and Im still in agony. I had the same problem with the knee doctor there, who also took 4+ weeks to fax an order for an MRI. Now I have to go to HSS to have my shoulder and hands done, just like my knee, since that never worked either. I guess Dr. Trocchia is going the way of the other doctors and letting nurses and PA's take over their patients load. Well, I always told him he worked too hard. Our loss.

To Dr. Moran and his team at the Port St. Lucie office,…read more The level of care and professionalism that my 4 year old son experienced today was unacceptable. I would like to start off by saying that no one knows what others are going through in life. I'll spare you the reasons why we were 15 minutes late to our appointment because I know you don't care, that was clear at the appointment today. I tried calling the office to let you know that we were running a little late and I couldn't reach anyone. It went to voicemail after 3 rings. Also, when my 4 year old son is telling me several times on the way to the appointment that he's going to poop his pants, I'm going to take him to the restroom first before anything else. His level of comfort matters more than being a few minutes late for an appointment and does not require condescending remarks from the lady at the front desk. Shame on the office for such poor empathy towards a 4 year old. The amount of times I've been early or on time for an appointment and wait hours - and in this instance knowing I'm running behind so I tried to give a courtesy call - made it a poor experience from the beginning. Once called back and waiting for an x ray, the 2 nurses/assistants/whatever their title is, started cursing (F bombs, bitch, etc.) all about a patient in a wheelchair. If that's not nasty and disrespectful enough, my 4 year old is sitting just a few feet away from this. After finishing that disgusting conversation, they peeked their head around to greet my son and acted all innocent towards him in a high pitch voice as if we didn't just hear those terrible words. How unprofessional to do this around a child, let alone talk about another patient in that way. You expect me to now trust and respect this office? Health care professionals are supposed to be a safe space for individuals in need to get the help they deserve. My 4 year old son didn't deserve this. And now let's add the cherry on top to this entire thing. Dr. Moran walked into the room and my son wanted to take his bandage off himself. We've been having him help with it because we want him to be as comfortable as possible. Once it was time to take the gauze off, Dr.Moran proceeded to hold his hand down and quickly take the gauze off. The same gauze that was sticking to his stitches. My son started screaming in pain and crying. I couldn't believe what I just witnessed. We've been taking his bandages off without any tears. We gained that trust over the last few days. Now my son won't let me even touch or look at his hand. Dr.Moran ruined that trust in a matter of seconds. I even watched him pull on a stitch and reopen a spot on his finger. In that moment I spoke up and Dr.Moran responded by saying that he works with kids all day long. While this may be true, that doesn't negate the fact that this is terrible bed side manner and a horrific experience for my 4 year old. As if this entire experience of him ripping open his finger wasn't bad enough, this office only made it worse. I will never be returning or recommending this office to anyone. As a mother, I am mortified by what I witnessed and experienced today. Do better
