These people are absolutely incompetent and indifferent. I moved to this area 2 months ago. I called this office from a recorded line at my desk asking if they are in-network with my insurance. I was told by intake they were. I uploaded all my hospital records and today, 5 days before my appointment, they leave me a voicemail to tell me that they are not in network and are canceling my appointmen I explained in detail when I called them that I badly needed an echo after my hospital visit and I was establishing new service.. Now I'm starting all ove because of the incompetence of their employees. It Will now take another 2 to 3-month wait to get that medical care I need.I wouldn't Trust trust these eople to deliver a bottle of milk, let alone manage my health care!!! read more

My husband needs cardiac care they tout many locations and same day or 48 hour appointments. NONE of their phone numbers bring you to a human. The have you leave a message that is never returned. They could give you heart trouble if you did not already have it. False promises poor communications their online form does not work either. I have wasted hours calling them. read more

Since moving to Florida I have been a patient of Dr. Goldman. He used to work with the cardiologists at Saint Francis on Long Island, NY. They did my husband's 5 bypass and my angio. Dr. Goldman is patient, explains everything, and speaks my language so I understand. He and his staff have monitored my husband and myself for years now. read more

The doctors seem fine but getting to see one might increase your need of needing to see one. The front office staff is very difficult to reach and are often rude if you win the lottery to reach one. I would try other options if you can. read more

I saw a cardiologist for the first time yesterday. Must admit I was a bit nervous but Dr Gizner put me at ease immediately. He was kind and caring, took time to discuss my "problem" and examined me from head to toe. He has a great bedside manner and was extremely thorough. Not nervous anymore. They care about their patients! The girls at the front office (check in/ checkout in Tradition are amazing! They are always so welcoming and supportive. Dr. McManus continues to be one of the better cardiologists I have met with over the past 15+ years. I did notice that it seems like the business model of the now institutionalized group of cardiologist limits the Dr. Patient time to 15 min so during this visit he did not inform me of how the pacemaker was actually performing. I also noted I did receive for the verry first time a Dr. / Patient report of the visit but it did not include the latest information of my blood work. Finally I was told that Dr. McManus wanted to see me again in 6 months so he did manage to have me schedule a return for two more visits stating he needed another Echocardiogram. I am left with the feeling that the quality of care is being sacrificed for quantity after all the organizational business model is now FFS. This model limits patient visits times to 15 min and charge as much as allowed. Of course the Dr. Patient ratio goes down as the Dr. is most likely being judged by how many patients he sees in a given period of time. read more

My husband had a terrible experience at the tradition location. The billing staff could not have been ruder and dismissive. We walked out before meeting with the medical staff. If this is their front line at Stuart cardiology, they make a terrible first impression. We did not feel that the care they offered would be adequate based on the staff we met initially. I am a medical professional and have never encountered this kind of nasty behavior while checking in for a doctor's appointment. read more

Perhaps the doctors are fine but with only 15 minutes allocated to each patient this is the worst practice for heart disease. If you want your loved one to die this s the place to come. Both my husband and myself were mis diagnosed. My husband died but luckily I am alive. You can only see a PA most of the time and they are highly incompetent. I was told the doctor forgot to read my ekg and that I had a heart attack. I think they read the wrong ekg. After thousands of totally unnecessary tests I was told no problems. This was once a good practice but since it was taken over by a corporation it is nothing but a mill with no care at all. My husband had blood clots and for 8 months it was misdiagnosed as heart problems Because of this he died from the blood clots. Do not come here unless you want the same fate! read more

Sorry for the 1 star. The staff and the place and the nurse practitioner that I saw before all deserve five stars. Please don't get me wrong. What a wonderful place, clean fast from check in to check out. high technology for paperwork and bill payments. everyone so friendly and helpful. Until the day I met the Dr. I won't mention his name but what a disappointment. Five minutes of his time take an aspirin and statins for a cholesterol that wasn't even that high and my good cholesterol was normal. Didn't even look to see if my bloods were back to check to see if I had it lowered from the last time. I had gotten Blood's two days before my appointment with him and I had to go over all my tests with him. He didn't even want to hear me. I asked if I can do anything naturally and he told me no and folded up my paperwork and walked out. Couple days went by and my bloodwork came back and guess what my cholesterol was even lower than before almost in the normal range, how do you give someone statins that's almost in a normal range cholesterol? Then not even talk to them about Diet or anything. I hope the next doctor I see there is better. while I picked up my meds, but I'm not going to take them. I only picked them up to make him think that I took them. I will have labs done again in another eight weeks and then I'm going to see. Meanwhile, my liver Funtion tests were great and guess what is on the labs that he ordered me to have done in eight weeks? why? because statins messes up your liver Soon I see my primary and I'm going to talk to her about it and ask her if she thinks I need statins. read more

I wish I could put zero stars. The woman who checked us in couldn't have been more rude, she was very unhelpful when it came to trying to work with our insurance. Our insurance company isn't a huge one and she kept making remarks on how "oh well i've never heard of this one" kind of just dismissing us. Our insurance was out of network but they had said that it would be 100% covered and would waive the co-pay, just as long as they billed the insurance company directly. The insurance company themselves went out of their way to call about 3 different times to get this sorted out, but the woman at check-in was extremely rude to the woman at the insurance company as well and hung up on her. After the insurance women had spoken to the woman at check-in, she called us to tell us how she has never spoken to a ruder provider. Now we have to find a whole new place to go to cardiology even though I had been waiting for this appointment for about 3 months. And I am a disabled minor with a genetic disorder and she saw that, it really sucks. So unwilling to help. read more

This place is a quack fest. They don't care about there patients. What they do care about is separating all your appointments as much as possible to maximize what they can charge you and your insurance company. Instead of doing all tests in one appointment. Then they never figure out what the problem is and just dismiss you saying your primary care physician should figure it out what the problem is and we don't need to see you anymore. We can't do anything. Plus super unorganized staff rescheduling appointments you have had for months for little to no reason. Then they have this online check in process where you pay before the visit but then they make you pay again in office. Let's just say I will be seeing a more professional and caring Cardiologist. read more

This office is the worst. I will never go back there. I waited 40 minutes to try and see the doctor. However I left once I saw a person with privilege come 10 minutes after me. He fill out paperwork and then they called him in to see the doctor. While I sat there, needless to say My paperwork was filled out before I got there. But the lady at the desk said I had to arrive 30 minutes early for they can put the paperwork in the computer and my appointment would be 30 minutes later. This is BS. This didn't happen to the person that came after me. He fill out paperwork at the window and was out of the doctors office within 20 minutes and there I was sitting there alone in they're office still waiting. This is very rude, but they don't care as long as they bill your insurance company and they get paid.. But I call my insurance company when I left to let them know what was going on.. read more

Beware especially if you are on Medicare. This office charges for services that are not covered by Medicare and they do not let you know that. Expect surprise bills from these people. read more

Dr Gage is super nice, but staff in area for echo need to realize personal conversations should't make patients become invisible. I realize I'm partially responsible, but I should not be told several times it's ok. I spent an hour and a half listening to who like the dst change and why. I watched staff storm out of office to vent, etc. I wasn't there for a scraped knee or hang nail. Too bad I had such a horrible experience. They were in my insurance network, close to home and recommended by my PC. Guess I could go to Stuart locale, but if I have to travel, I might as well pick my own doctor and start process all over. read more
