We had been on the look out for a Ford Taurus X in the Charles Town WV area. Adding 25 more miles to my Autotrader search brought me to Stuckey Ford. We made it a day and drove up to see the vehicle and met Jerry Pollock. He and the rest of the staff treated us with courtesy that my wife insists is common to the Altoona area.(She was born there)Long story short, we bought the vehicle and drove it back home!

Watch out for the bait and switch. They list vehicles they don't actually have then try to sell you something else.

I've consulted many dealers techniques to enhance their sales and teach their service advisors proper ethics as to relate to customers and be honest with selling services that are only needed to their vehicle. Recently I was driving home and a deer jumped from a wooded area striking my car, causing considerable damage. I contacted Ron Perretta at Professional Auto Body in Duncansville PA to have my repairs done in his shop. I live in Pittsburgh and people have ask me why I didn't just go closer to my home. I've pondered this question and now that my car is properly repaired have the answer. Professional Auto Body came to my home in Pittsburgh to pick up my car, I know from reviews and word of mouth I chose the right establishment to perform the necessary repairs because I was confident the repairs would be done properly. Now just allow me to share some facts that prompted me to write this rather lengthy review; 1. Throughout the entire repair process I was informed with progress reports either daily or eod. 2. I knew the integrity of the man behind the scene. 3. I watch the videos Ron does on post repairs from other facilities and his willingness to fight insurance companies for your right to a proper repair. 4. The ratings from past customers. I'm glad I chose Professional Autobody because of the many dealerships I've been to can not hold a candle to the level of customer satisfaction I received at Professional Autobody. Ron has done an excellent job working with his team of employees that assure you of an upmost level of reassuring that customer satisfaction is of the highest priority. My vehicle looks like it's brand new again. The bodymen, the painters, the foreman, and Dawn have exceeded my expectations of what I had visions of a long distance nightmare. I just can't thank Ron Peretta and his wonderful team enough for removing any anxiety, fear, nervousness, and frustration from my mind during this repair process. If your ever involved in an auto accident, do yourself a favor, call Professional Autobody. Let them take the stressful situation and turn it into a positive experience. You owe it to yourself.

Received a date for polishing whole vehicle to match original condition the instructions for caring for the results & winterization. Have enjoyed the past excellent results on various family vehicles & that's why I highly recommend Professional's Auto repairs to everyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

Lots of dirt in the paint and when I said about it I was told that was common. No body shop can paint anything without getting dirt in it. Sanded and buffed it. Can still see the dent as well as the area they claimed to have repaired. Left swirl's all thru the paint from them doing their dirt in paint fix. They broke my window and vent shade. Actually left it that way and didn't say anything until I noticed it in which they did replace the window but I had to replace the vent shade that was broken. Door handle was not tightened flopped all over if you tried to open the door. Now the door locks on the door they had apart stopped working. Took it back in and asked if they would fix the dent correctly this time and was told the manager would look at it. They fixed the door lock and told me they block sanded over the dent. When I picked the truck up it looked worse than what it did when I dropped it off. I walked inside and asked for the person who was handling everything. His name was Kris. He wouldn't even speak to me he went and got his manager. Me and the manager walked out and I pointed out everything that was still wrong and he agreed that it looked bad and when I asked if he was going to actually try to have it repaired correctly he got an attitude and told me no and I said that perhaps getting the money back for this and he started screaming at me that he was going to kick my ass and to get off his property. Apparently that's how they treat their customers. But as soon as the little fella realized he wasn't very intimidating and his temper tantrum wasn't working he ran back across the parking lot still screaming things and acting like a little baby until he went inside. He really made Cummings motors proud that day. Guessing he must beat his wife or husband when he is at home. But. I would 100% tell anyone looking to get any work done on their vehicle to look elsewhere. They are extremely overpriced and there is 0 quality control or pride at that business. The little angry manager even went as far as to make up a different story about this whole ordeal then what that Kris guy who hid told me. Crooks and cowards is what they need to be called

They were unable to diagnose or repair the issue in-house and subsequently sent the vehicle to the nearest dealership. At the time, I was expected to work near Detroit, which became impossible due to the breakdown. I was provided a loaner vehicle--a Chevy Impala with worn tires during winter conditions--despite the possibility that I could be required to drive several hours on short notice. For several days, I received no updates regarding the status or location of my vehicle. After initiating multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told, "I don't know," until I escalated the issue to management. Matt, the manager, was professional and communicative and ultimately confirmed where the vehicle had been sent. I had a safe in the trunk of my vehicle containing valuable items. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve them because I was unaware of the vehicle's whereabouts. To avoid further delays, I personally contacted the dealership and received clear information within minutes--something Blue Knob had been unable to provide after multiple days. By that point, the condition of the loaner vehicle required new tires for basic safety during a 5-6 hour drive. Once my vehicle was finally repaired, I was still required to wait for Blue Knob to retrieve it before I could do the same. During my visit to the service center, I overheard staff making disrespectful remarks regarding my request for safe tires on the loaner vehicle, among other comments. I was also informed that I should not have contacted the dealership directly and instead should have waited 3-5 business days for updates through Blue Knob. While Blue Knob presents itself as highly corporate and professional, internal communication and customer treatment do not reflect those standards. Clients should be aware that concerns regarding safety and timely communication may be met with dismissal rather than support.
