Was invited as a guest by a friend & we did the group class. It didn't disappoint. What stood out was these 2 employees: Skylar & Jamie. They both went above & beyond for any questions or needs that myself & guests/members had. The atmosphere was energetic, welcoming & a whole vibe. FYI: that ABM parking garage at 6310 San Vicente Blvd is a whole headache. Easy to find parking underground but we were all stuck in the garage for 1/2 hr as the machine wasn't reading our tickets. A few people that were stuck underground with all of us "I assume regulars mentioned this happens more frequently than infrequently." Finally employee from the garage came out after we were all ringing the assistance bell from the 1st sign of a problem. read more

BE THOUGHTFUL ABOUT WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY The gym, the coaches, and the workouts at Studeo are all great. The music however, is not. They play the unedited versions of songs, many of which have unbelievably crude language (most of which is directed at women). Studeo kept asking me to complete a survey on satisfaction, so I did. The next day, one of the coaches thanked me for my feedback and assures me they will take care of the issue. Then the strangest thing happened. The music got worse. Where before it was a few songs during a session, now it was EVERY SONG. It felt like they were trying to send me a message so I ended my membership. This is bigger than an issue with unedited music. It's about respect. Edited versions are available for pretty much every song and for most businesses, requiring people to use them is the norm. In the year 2025, I think it's super important for people, especially women and minorities to be thoughtful about where we send our money. The gym is great. But if they don't respect all people, including women, why support it? read more

I will be able to update this review once I have been going for a couple months, and I start to see results. But I figured I should post a review for now. I moved to LA, and I wanted to make sure I could find a gym that offered hands-on care for personal training, since I do not have good experiences with the large format gyms. I met Josh, and he gave me a quick walk through of the facility. I love the location. I can easily walk to work or home from the gym. This place takes a complete approach to fitness. It isn't just about getting people onto treadmills and bicycles. They review your physical stature and previous injuries, they check out your nutrition and supplements, then they help develop workout plans to maximize your potential as a member. The larger classes aren't my cup of tea. I am using the personal sessions which are capped at four people max. It is highly focused on individual development, and the trainers all will quickly take an interest in your fitness path. They know that each customer is different. Yes, the membership has a pricey number, but from what I have seen, it is worth it. read more

This is the best gym, and coming here is the best part of my day. All the trainers are excellent, knowledgeable, helpful, and motivational. They remember you name and make you feel super welcomed. I love that! Each trainer brings their unique flavor and personality to each session, so every session has a different type of challenge, energy, and variety to it. The trainers push and encourage you to be and do your best every class. Also, hour-long sessions are organized into unique workouts, so one hour really ends up feeling like 30 minutes due to the variety of the exercises you'll run through. I've also never injured myself, because the trainers are keen to make sure everyone warms up prior to the workout. I cannot recommend this gym enough. P.s. I loved the beach day workout and hope they will organize more of those, because it was absolutely grueling in the most fun of ways! I had a blast! Also, shoutout to Myra and her milkshake menu. Great personalized training - every workout builds on your last and is different and fun! The instructors genuinely care and help with technical support like a personal trainer would during class - I feel like it's personal training because class sizes are small. The gym puts a lot of thought into the training program and after a year it is still full of surprises for a full body workout. It works for beginners or super advanced folks because each station is customized. I've been working out at STUDEO for 8 months now and i love it. I played sports my entire life and the style of exercise at this gym beats any speed / strength training I ever learned. Studeo is the best gym I've ever been a part of. They have everything you need to get results: different programs for everyone, clean facility, shake bar, showers and a full recovery center (chiropractor, cryotherapy and normatec therapy). They even have water bottles and towels to use. Plus the staff is amazing (knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive). There are not enough superlatives to describe how amazing this gym is. The coaches are of the absolute highest order, the classes are diverse and amazing, and the facility is impeccable. If you are serious about working hard and transforming your physical fitness, this is the place to do it. I used to be a guy who had to drag myself to the gym once a week and slog through some workout I hated in a crowded space. Now I eagerly head to a workout or a class 5-6 days a week. I never in a million years thought I'd be that person, but I'm not exaggerating when I say that this place has changed my life. There's no membership card to scan - everyone that works there knows you when you walk in. They have an in-house massage therapist and chiropractor, and I got an excellent assessment from their nutritionist. It's also worth mentioning that everyone who works out here is kind and supportive. I have been a member for 2-3 months and I am extremely pleased with this gym. I've been a member of a few of the more popular gyms here in LA (Equinox, Easton, LA Fitness, 24-Hour, etc.) and have taken classes at lots of different places, too. This place is different. What they lack in traditional machines/equipment, they MORE than make up for with better equipment that allows for a more dynamic workout in a great (and new!) environment with dedicated trainers who will help you out, regardless of your level of fitness. I've also taken a few classes and they're great - more classes to come,too, as the gym is still relatively new. The rates are not on the cheap side of the spectrum, but this is the place to go when you're prepared to put in work and get in shape! read more

3 plus years post back surgery, I knew something had to be done about my weight. My main concern, however, was I did not want to aggrevate my back which made me very skeptical about going back to the gym. Long story short, I decided to give this gym and their trainers a shot. 5 months into the program, I am down about 15 pounds and lost 5% body fat. I've been at Studeo for about a year now, and this gym is really like any other. They have a in house chiropractor , and really clean showers which is nice. But what really separates them is that They actually really care about what you want to achieve. I didn't quite know what to expect when I joined Studeo. The people were nice, but I wasn't sure it was for me. Until my first training session. Milan spoke as a man that truly loved what he was doing. As I spent one day, then the next day, then the next, etc. at the gym, I realized that this was what set this gym apart. The Coaches genuinely care about their jobs and their clients.They cheer when you meet your goals, and support and encourage you when you fall short of your expectations. I love this gym! It's a small private gym where the trainers make you feel like family. They even check up on you if you haven't been into the gym in awhile to see if you are okay. Each classes is almost like a semi-private training session. They are fairly new to the area (originating from Canada) but have great classes with instructors/personal trainers who are alert to form and make sure you are doing things the right way. I have been a Studeo member for two months, and I only have good opinions to share. I first decided to join this gym because it was the closest & most affordable gym in my neighborhood. On my tour with gym staff, I was very impressed by the quality of the gym -- it is clean and organized & has a diversity of small group classes. What interested me most was how thoughtful the class program is; each class focuses on improving one's athletic ability along a different dimension (i.e., strength, endurance, flexibility). The coaches suggest a workout regimen that balances across these axes to improve overall fitness. At first, I was a bit intimidated because I am not that physically fit and I am definitely not a gym rat. But, once I started attending classes, these concerns dissipated. The coaches are uniformly excellent -- they are high-energy, positive people, who are committed to keeping everyone safe and challenged. Since joining, my strength & energy have increased, my posture has improved, and my (almost!) daily time at Studeo has become an important part of my stress management. Studeo is one of the best gyms in LA and one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The coaches are top notch and the facility is beautiful. If you want a boutique style gym instead of the big conglomerates, this is definitely the place. I can't wait till they add more classes to their schedule. I joined Studeo less than a month ago and I am so glad I did. This gym does not come cheap, but you get so much more than at a traditional gym for a fraction of the price. Each class is small enough that it can almost be considered semi-private. The trainers are fun, energetic, and really push you. The actual facilities are clean, inviting, and comfortable. Shower facilities are clutch. Also, on-site amenities such as a smoothie bar, access to a nutritionist/chiropractor/massage, towels, water bottles, filtered water, etc are great. This is all so much better than the traditional gym I almost joined for $30 a month: a dingy space, no personal attention, huge classes, dirty shower facilities, lines for machines, etc. I am SO glad I chose Studeo. And don't be turned off or nervous about things like Crossfit or difficulty level of the classes. All classes are scaled to your physical abilities and the group is always supportive of each and every participant. read more

I don't even know where to begin explaining how much Studeo has meant to me. I started coming to Studeo after a painful breakup and ready to make a serious change in my life. The trainers and coaches are so insanely supportive, both as friends and athletic instructors. The facilities are super clean, modern, and beautiful. A membership comes with unlimited classes. The classes are very athletic with an emphasis on the types of workouts you'd do as part of a sports team. I found this made the classes more fun and less boring. They made me feel like a badass. They also give you complimentary InBody scans to make sure the weight you're losing is actually fat. I moved to another country, otherwise I would have stayed at Studeo forever. In around 4 months I lost 32 lbs of fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle. read more
