We used the TRX bands for an extra stretch and 'burn' for more of a workout. They are super friendly and helpful, the equipment is very current and space is bright and clean! I love taking the harder classes like Empower and then having a good stretch with Align, but sometimes the core classic class will also kick my butt and I always feel like I have had a good workout. Like that there is a good variety of classes offered and they have added a bunch of time options which helps me find a time that works. I also love the challenges that are offered because they keep me accountable.
