DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IM IN TEARS THIS MORNING! ok so i walk in and show the lady what i want and she says no problem but then she started acting like she wasn't understanding when I was saying so then the girl next in the next booth was explaining her what I wanted I should've walked out then but I didn't and I said I wanted to keep my same hair color that I came in with just add a little bit of dimension and very little black pieces just to offset the color and I want any link cut off my I just . I walk out my hair is almost completely black and almost up to my shoulders and I'm $270 down from what I was. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I would not use these people ever again. I'm having to make another hair appointment somewhere else today just to fix what they messed up. read more

Covid-19 Update I listen to science. As such I've stayed home for the last year, done my own hair -- yikes! -- and looked like a mess. After getting the vaccine, my first real venture out was Studio 21. If you're hesitant, know that they take precautions. Everyone is masked. Patrons are separated. Chairs are sanitized between guests. Trust me, you'll feel comfortable. As always, Lisa did a stellar job. She knows what she's doing, be it color or cuts. It's important to her that clients look their best and leave her chair happy. In addition, she's awfully nice and friendly. As is all the staff. And clients too! For what it's worth, when I lived in NYC I'd go to fancy-schmancy Fifth Avenue salons. May sound crazy, but those stylists have nothing over the stylists here. I came to this salon because they accept walk-ins. I had a spontaneous thought to cut my hair and took a chance by stopping at Studio 21. It's hard to find a master who does a short haircut just from your words. Pictures I had didn't show the exact style, but Sarah, the master who did my haircut, understood me. Even though, at first I thought it wasn't short enough, she stopped me and asked just to wait till he finishes. And I'm so glad she did - the haircut is absolutely amazing and exactly what I wanted. I was so happy. A lesson learned - let your master to finish :). She knows what she does. read more

Angelia was my stylist who literally saved my life. I tried to bleach and dye my hair myself but it was a massive mistake (see before photo) and I had like 15 hours before I had to get on a flight to California for a wedding and Angelina squeezed me in. Studio 21 hair salon owner Stuart Settles is a master at coloring hair. Stuart is very good at cutting my Curly hair . I have tried salons all over the metro Atlanta area and have found no one as good as Stuart at coloring my hair cutting and styling my hair. I'm so impressed With Stuart and his wife Lisa salon. I haven't had my hair colored or cut since July because I was afraid of Getting the coronavirus but everyone at Stewart's salon where there mask and always spray down there stations in between customers . I've been seeing Mary for almost a year for cut and color and she is amazing! Professional, personable and super talented! Recently I saw Stuart for a Helix cut which is the coolest thing! I have stick straight hair that after pregnancy now starts to curl when wet and then dries straight. After the Helix cut I now have beach waves all the time. No chemicals, no toxins but cut that way. I went to studio 21 in Woodstock on Friday, December 11, 2020. I went to Angelina who agreed before him that she would charge me $36 for my trim no shampoo nothing like that just a trim. She asked me how I wanted my receipt when I gave her my credit card I told her she could text it to me. When I got home and checked the text she charge me $40. I will never go back there again she's underhanded she does not live up to her word she is dishonest I do not recommend anybody ever going to Angelina at studio 21. read more

The staff was very nice, cut was good. I feel like it's a little expensive for what service you receive. I got a "dry cut", which was $35. Shampoo and style was extra. A little much for just a cut. I will be trying a different place in the future. read more
