Can't trust what anyone says as I went in 2 weeks before to make sure they could do what I asked and was assured they could. Not even close The back is way darker than the front as my daughter pointed out which the stylist never let me see the back of my hair. And still no one has reached out to me.

They are very accommodating for my busy schedule and always get me in on days when I call for a last minute style. I am super excited that they have expanded services to include spray tans. The spray tans are natural looking and use organic products. The products smell so yummy. The staff at Azure makes me feel very comfortable with their spray tan procedures. My husband and I have gotten spray tans from Azure and we both agree they are the best! We've been going to Azure for over 10 years! My son drives in from Georgia Tech and my daughter drives in from Marietta just to get their done by Ryan at Azure. For the exceptional services they provide, their pricing is more than reasonable. I provided a picture as a concept, but told her "He will not add product, he doesn't want to style it, just make it easy for him." Then I sat up front and let them do their thing. A short time later, a super hot man strutted up to me with the biggest smile ever because he LOVED his new haircut! He got a nice little beard & mustache trim at the end and he's had pep in his step all day. Mission accomplished! The salon is somehow sleek AND cozy and it smells amazing. I was sniffing my husband's t-shirt after we left because it smelled so good. Sort of like Aveda products, IYKYK - botanical but really nice! It seems very laid back, they tout their inclusivity and I believe Ashley has a client for life in my husband. The price listed on the website was different from the amount I was charged. I received my regular haircut, the same service from the same stylist, Angela Noel, whom I have visited many times before. I have always paid the same amount and left a generous tip. However, this time I was charged nearly double for the exact same service, with no additional services provided and no clear explanation for the price difference. After my appointment, I received a link inviting me to leave a review. I shared my experience honestly and respectfully. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, my review was removed from the website. I was then contacted through a voicemail and told that they would make things right during my next visit. Based on that assurance, I booked another appointment with Angela Noel a couple of months later. My appointment was confirmed through both text message and email several days in advance. However, just 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I suddenly received multiple messages stating that my appointment had been canceled. I was also informed that I was no longer welcome at the salon and that any future appointments, whether booked online or by phone, would also be canceled. If the apology and offer to make things right were sincere, why was I encouraged to return for another visit in the first place? Why was my appointment confirmed and then canceled in such an unprofessional manner at the last minute? This situation makes me question whether the intention was truly to resolve the issue and correct the mistake, or simply to manage the situation temporarily and prevent me from returning afterward. The only reason I can see for this treatment is that I left an honest review about being charged significantly more than the advertised price and the price I had consistently paid in the past. It is disappointing that a loyal customer would be treated this way simply for sharing a truthful experience. No customer should feel punished for providing honest feedback. I am deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled and by the way I was treated.

Seems very understaffed, plan your appointment at least three weeks to a month for the desired date. Will not listen to my preferences. The salon is impeccable and I notice the stylist (I think is the owner) is knowledgeable but her disposition with clients' needs much improvement. The front desk very polite, but I sense she is concern with her performance, seems to be a relative of the owner/stylist. The outcome of the service not as expected. Not returning.
