Speaking of supervision, I went to Lift today for the first time in about a week and a half, and I told Chenell that I've been experiencing some pain in my left shoulder. She sent Dirk outside to talk to me about it, and after I described my symptoms, he re-wrote part of my workout and continued to check in to make sure I wasn't in any pain.
