Giving 1 star due to being forced, if you want an honest review this is it. Save your child's…read moremental health and don't go to this studio or the sister studio in Lancaster. Your child will be subject to massive bullying from the managers, instructors and the dance mom mafia and their children. If your child has any type of disability this is not the studio for them, they don't accommodate and they have zero empathy and compassion. The dance mom mafia will sit and gossip about other moms, they are like coyotes; one minute they smile and the next they are trying to get your child kicked out of classes and teams. If your child has confidence please take them somewhere that will help them grow and not break them down. The children here are enabled to pick on the vulnerable, some of the instructors are the same way, they do nothing to stop it. They used to record classes but do not any longer because then there is proof of this behavior, instead they have one's word against another and if your child is the one they target he or she is the one they blame. If you love and value your kids think twice. I love mine and value their mental health so we left, two years of bullying is too much, numerous complaints fell on deaf ears. They won't give the time of day for the child that's being picked on to explain anything, they just accept the gang up from the others and accept all the lies and for that they are unforgivable. Lauren the owner only pays attention to the kids whose families have been with her for years . Those are the kids that she develops and works with . She allows bullying at the studio and on the team and never addresses it directly unless it starts to impact her bottom line . She humiliates the kids on the team if they miss a step in front of peers and makes it seem they were disrespectful when they respond . You pay a large amount of money for your kids to be on her competition team for your child not to be developed or trained properly. After scanning my ticket, she immediately forgot and demanded to see it again, then abruptly yelled at me to stop as if I hadn't gone through proper procedures. When I reminded her that she had just scanned my ticket, she simply said, "Oh," without any apology or acknowledgment of her mistake. Her poor memory and lack of professionalism raise concerns about whether she should be in this role--or if her behavior was influenced by bias. Either way, the staff should be trained to communicate more effectively and treat all guests with respect.

Plenty of parking on the lot…read more Came on a weekday night with a 3 day guest pass card given by a friend who's a member. Filled out the information online and drove to this 24 Hour Fitness. When I entered, there were four female and one male staff at the front desk. The four female staff were talking among each other. I asked the male staff for assistance. He made eye contact and asked if I needed help. Told him I signed up for the 3-Day Pass online. He asked one of the female staff to assist me. She took my ID and put a whole bunch of my information in the computer, then told me I don't qualify for the guest pass because I was a prior member. I informed her I was member over ten years ago. She told me I could sign up for a day pass for $25 or sign up for a discounted membership. Why would I sign up for a membership without trying this gym out, especially if it's my first time at this location? Asked her what information she put in the system to know I'm a prior member. She said she put in my name and birthday. She definitely put in more information than that in the system. Not sure if she really found me in the system or just wanted to take my information and denied me access. Not sure how honest the staff or company is. Didn't like being ignored, especially when there were so many staff in the front desk chit chatting. Did not feel welcome here at all.

Performance dates get moved around with little notification (to the point where we saw one student show up in a leotard to an evening music recital when her dance performance was a week away - students had been told at least three different dates by the time it actually happened), classes get merged to different school sites with less than a week's notification, and classes get cancelled with 24 hours notification. If your family has a stay-at-home parent who is able to completely adjust their schedule at a moment's notice, this is a great program. If it's difficult to adjust to picking up your kids an hour earlier than normal and transporting them to a location 10 minutes away with only a day's notification that you will need to do that... well, this might not be the best bet for you. And I'm not holding my breath that I'll either see a costume or get my money back for that costume fee I paid eight months ago either.

I felt well prepared for my job…read more Although some times were frustrating for my peers and I, it did begin to prepare for the real world of nursing and medical where you have to stand up and advocate for yourself and others, try to make positive changes, and speak up when there are deficits or needs. I am currently prusing my RN, and CCI did prepare me very well ethically and academically compared to my peers. I felt very prepared by my various instructors throughout the program. The program was tough, but medical is even tougher, but so worth it. After graduating, I was able to make enough to support myself and start my family, which was my goal when starting the program. The reason I knocked off a star was that I received phone calls from ECMC Capella loans stating I was behind on my payments and owed them fees. However my loans were not financed through them (I used my previous loan provider, as I already had existing federal loans) and after some back and forth, CCI did release my personal information to this organization without my consent years after I graduated
