Pedicures at other locations leave my heals "rough" & 2-3 days later they are pulling & rubbing my socks & sheets - snagging on everything.... You ladies know what I mean. I haven't had that experience ONCE with Victorian Nail! They take time with your pedi & the actual foot & leg massage is literally 20-25 minutes! I had the dip powder done for my birthday. the lady talked more on the…read morephone then she did paying attention to my nails. dip powder was over-filed, peeled off improperly, and was filed too aggressively with the electrical file/buff. Peeling, thinning, rough texture, soreness, and splitting for weeks afterward and my nail plate damage. I went to the owner and he told me oh well we dont do refunds and I can take them off for $15. I asked him why would I pay more after what was done. He shrugged. I don't mind paying for good nails but 65 for ugly nails is not ok. I left there unhappy. And I hate to complain but my nails are damaged. I told the tech while she was doing it they didnt feel right they were hurting and sore she just pushed down harder. it didnt t look good and here I am a month later and they still look bad. I complete was in embarrassed because I had to complain. I've never been treated like that before,
