Peeling, thinning, rough texture, soreness, and splitting for weeks afterward and my nail plate damage. I went to the owner and he told me oh well we dont do refunds and I can take them off for $15. I asked him why would I pay more after what was done. He shrugged. I don't mind paying for good nails but 65 for ugly nails is not ok. I left there unhappy. And I hate to complain but my nails are damaged. I told the tech while she was doing it they didnt feel right they were hurting and sore she just pushed down harder. it didnt t look good and here I am a month later and they still look bad.
