When I walked in I was about 6 years deep in black hair box dye and didn't have an appointment. Pelli had a cancellation and welcomed me to her chair with open arms. She really took her time to cut, dye, wash, blow dry, and even get pictures of my hair for me and did so with a smile.

My hair had to be cut off because of the damage. I have natural curly hair, it is just now getting a little curl back to it. But nothing close to what it was before! Now, it's hardly growing and continues to fall out. Then, they posted one of my personal pictures on their Facebook page and have yet to take it down after me asking multiple times. The owner was sweet, did not charge me for what they did and reimbursed me for a wig I had to get and some products. But my hair is not the same and not growing normally. It has caused such damage to my self esteem I can't begin to explain.
