They go above and beyond for their clients by making your experience extra personal by providing excellent services, listening to the client, reminder text, calls or emails for appointments, levels of stylists to meet all different needs, they offer snacks/drinks, and have a rockin' playlist while you hang. I took my daughters here to have their hair done. 1 to have her tips dyed blue and trimmed and the other to have fixed from another salon that messed up....... My daughter with blue tips came out wonderful and just the way we had hoped.... My other daughter who need her hair fixed, they fixed her bangs but since she already had the other salon attempt to dye her tips, I decided she needed to wait and let her hair heal, so she has an appointment at the end of the month to have it redyed and correctly cut at Topix. I am pleased with their work and their stylists are awesome and do not pressure you into doing anything they give their opinion and let you decide... I'd rather have what I want and great service and pay a bit more for it. read more

HOLY COW. Harley is AMAZING! Just got my hair done by her. My hair was not looking Grade A with overgrowth and it was pink. she got my blonde back and made it to where it matches my skin tone so well and honestly for her to get the pink out the way my hair was, I'm impressed. I also hated growing up with blonde hair because it was always too Icy and now it's a beautiful warm color. she's got quite the eye for it and I'll be going to her from now on for my services. Meagan is fantastic! She does not hesitate to let me know when what I want just won't give me the results I think it will. She takes me through the process and I get a wonderfull cut and color that gets me compliments almost every day! Topix is my favorite salon. Wish it had not taken me so long to find them. Went through almost a dozen salons in the Panama City area suffering bad dye jobs; uneven cuts; color smeared down my face, neck and ears; disregard of my color choice, etc. When I needed to use a different stylist, she was just as fantastic. I've been going to Topix for almost 3 years now and I've never had a bad experience. Every stylist is so talented and they are all so devoted to their craft. Austin is my regular stylist but I think I've seen 4 different stylists in my time going there. Whatever you want to do with you hair, they make a plan with you to make sure your hair stays healthy and beautiful. Summer is outstanding. I went 5 years without coloring my hair. Finally, once I found summer I let her have free rein with my hair.
