My wife and I hired Sal to provide videography for our wedding in Westchester County, New York and he turned out to be one of the best of all of our wedding vendors!!! Sal's video studio is modest, but do not let that fool you, he is a master craftsman and artist! On our wedding day, Sal came early to the church and was ready to go. I arrived at the church and Sal was Jonny-on-the-spot pinning my boutineer to my tux and mic'ing me up for audio. At the reception, we asked all of our wedding vendors including photographer and videographer (sal) to make sure they performed their duties but were unobtrusive Sal totally respected our wishes, he did not go onto the dance floor and did not stick a video camera in anyone's face or make any of our guests feel uncomfortable or feel like they were "on stage" and expected to perform. Sal also stayed until the very end of the reception. The final product, Sal's wedding video for our big day, was absolutely incredible, my wife and I were totally blown away!!! Sal produced a hi def blue ray disc video which was completely seamless from scene to scene. For the church ceremony, Sal took the audio from the church musicians and overlaid the music as background for the video. Sal captured the ceremony beautifully without interfering with the Catholic service or blocking anyone's view. During the cocktail hour of our reception, Sal, respecting our wishes not to interfere with our wedding guests, took still videos of us as the photographers took the classic portrait photographs. In our wedding video, Sal included these still videos with background music which worked beautifully. Finally, for our reception, Sal perfectly captured all of the toasts, speeches, first dance, cutting of the cake etc. Sal's wedding video was movie-quality, from beginning to end. It also included some very fancy effects, color, black and white, and black and white with color visible exclusively on my wife's bouqet. Sal has a real passion for what he does, he is a true artist, and his fee was super competetive to boot! I would highly recommend Sal Focella if you are looking for a wedding videographer!!!

Sal is truly passionate about his work and will do everything possible to make his clients happy. Sal has even volunteered to go back to the venue (Beckwith Pointe in New Rochelle) on another day to get footage that the rain prevented us from getting on our wedding day. I just received my wedding album and aparently the "silver package" gets you more of a booklet than a wedding book. Horrendous! Photos are dark and dingy. The wedding "booklet" didnt even come with a title page, our names or the date of the event!!! What kind of trash is this. Cheap cheap cheap cheap!!!! _______ The process for choosing photos was convoluted and confusing, hence why it took me years to invest the time and energy to finish my wedding book. It was incredibly frustrating just even accessing the album. Secondly, the "silver package" was not even the base package and it cost a few thousand dollars. When I inquired about a title page or a cover page, I was told ir was cost hundreds of dollars on top of the thousands I had already spent on the package which included day off photography and a wedding book. Your explanation is that "all I had to do was reach out" regarding upgrades...leaving out how expensive those "upgrades" would be. It is pretty standard to have a wedding book cover with atleast the name of the couple and the wedding date. Apparently, such a basic feature is not included. The photos were incredibly dark because the photographer took photos in shadowy parts of the venue and Abella couldn't edit the photos or enhance the contrast to fix that. Also, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE at Abella. There are three locations, I would call all 3 and it would ring endlessly. Abella, you do not offer a premium product by any means. I will attach a photos of the abysmal album cover...faceless, nameless, bland and tacky.
