We are not the type of family that normally arranges professional photos, which made this even more meaningful to us. After the event, I repeatedly followed up throughout fall 2025 asking for access to the gallery. When Deb finally sent it in november, I discovered that the majority of the photos were missing. There was not even a single photo of my entire family together from that day. I was later told that the photos had been accidentally destroyed. The situation was heartbreaking and incredibly disappointing. Since then, I have continued asking for access to the few photos that did survive -- especially the pictures of my parents with the grandchildren and photos of the kids alone -- simply so I could download and print hard copies for our family. It has now been many months without any response or download link being provided. What makes this even harder is that Deb had photographed my daughters since they were toddlers, nearly every year for the six years. Not only did we lose irreplaceable memories from a once-in-a-lifetime family celebration, but the experience also completely damaged that trust. I understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability afterward has made an already painful situation far worse. Nearly a year later, we still do not have access to the few images of that day.
