This was a fantastic experience! I had hair, nails and makeup done for my birthday! The owner Chris is so kind and I've never felt so welcomed or celebrated for my special day before. First Nancy brought me over to be shampood and the little touches like the plastic to protect my clothes and hot soft towels made me feel completely at ease. The scalp massage was next level and when they were done he calmly asked if I was ready to go for my blow out and I almost was like "no, i'm so happy here" lol! But then, once Nancy started perfectly flipping and gently blow drying my hair I'm thrilled I continued. She parted my hair and really listened to exactly what I wanted. Next, I was treated to makeup by Chrissy. She is a true professional and my face looked next level! Also chatting with her is really fun, she has a sweet southern accent and you know you're going to look like a GLAMAZON just from meeting her! (By the way, my skin looked like I was suddenly a YouTube make up star! And the products were super high quality and safe for sensitive skin - she covered up my break out in a way that completely hid even the texture issues.) Finally, I ended it with a very relaxing manicure that included one of the best hand massages ever! (I'm constantly typing for work so to get the warm towels and body lotion was very relaxing) She moved quickly and with perfect precision on my nails and was gentle on some of my over worked cuticles damaged from other places. The young ladies that work there treat me very well. I am offered a coffee or some water to drink. When I get there I have my hair you know I washed and conditioned. And serviced by Melanie who has been with me for sometime she knows my hairstyle and she does a fantastic job and a beautiful short period of time and I'm pleased every time I leave the shop. Melanie is very creative and gives fantastic service to the ladies there and if you're looking to have your hairstyle a little differently, she's the one too take a take care of you, as well as the other staff is very confident as well. I was on vacation and got a gift card from my aunt.I called and scheduled a pedicure with gel. When I got there they said they didn't have time for gel so I decided to leave. Before I left they told me I could get my nails painted but nothing else as part of the service. I agreed. The lady literally just painted my nails and that was it. I gave them my gift card and then I left. When I got home I realized that they charged me $85 for just getting my nails painted... on their website it says $75+ for like a super deluxe pedicure. I called and told them that they overcharged me and after like 30 hour they finally agreed to give me a refund and have the manager call me. This never happened so I paid $85 to get my nails painted. My consultation was with Nancy and she is the best stylist I have found in Vero. Nancy did my hair and it came out absolutely amazing and she is the absolute best in the business. Short version... I went in for a baliage, cut, and dry. The cut was okay, more of a trim but not bad. The baliage was terrible. I came in the next day to have a different stylist fix it and she did a wonderful job. Long version... Balayage fail. Went in to have a cut and a baliage. My hair was to the bottom of my rib cage. I paid $170.00. The stylist was nice. The hair cut was okay. It was conservative. She had said she would lighten the weight on the bottom and put some layers in. It was more like a trim, still heavy on the bottom, with no face framing. I'd prefer this over a bad cut though and I want really sure what else to communicate. So this could have been communication on my part. The baliage was terrible though. The stylist didn't seem to see it. Basically she painted ash blond strips that were 1-2 inches wide starting about 4 inches down from the top of my head, ear level, to the bottom ends of my Virgin monochromatic dark brown hair. No weaving, variation, or V, just strait strips of a consistent width. The bleach strips had a very defined horizontal line at the beginning with no transitioning from my brown hair to the contrasting ash blond. I was supposed to go back the next morning to some color added to the top to fix it. The more I looked, I realized the stylists technique wasn't right, and the color was way off for a natural look. None of the color was added to the top nor did it exist anywhere in my hair naturally. Furthermore her response to the very odd unnatural 1inch bleach Strips with horizontal lines starting halfway down my head was that she should have asked me how high I wanted the color to start. That night I decided I needed someone else or a refund. I called the next morning and asked for the owner. Another review made me worry that I would potentially end up with a manager who would dismiss my issue in some way. The manager started my telling me I should just come in and give her a chance to make right and that the problem was most likely a miscommunication on my part to the stylist. I explained I had a wonderful conversation with this stylist and I hated complaining and I asked her if she knew what a baliage was? I made sure we both had similar descriptions. Then redescribed what my hair looked like. She assured me this particular stylist was one of their best. To which I replied that's scary because this is clearly a technique issue, and the color is too far off to not bring it to the top of the head. I wanted a different stylist, the owners number, or a refund on the baliage portion because I'm going to have to go in to another place to have a colorist fix it or it cut an inch below my neck to remove the majority of color! I wasn't willing to gamble a fix on this stylist and possibly damage not easily fixed. I ended up with another stylist named Melony later that day who did a wonderful job. She brought the color up towards the top of my head and weaved in some color very close to my natural color to break up the blond blobs. She added some color in places to balance areas lacking color. She also recut it, leaving the length but thinning the back, adding some layers, and a little framing around the face. It looked nice. read more

As a Vero Beach business woman and mother of two, I was extremely disappointed with my cut and style, especially considering the exorbitant price I paid. It was the worst haircut of my life, which was an unpleasant surprise as I brought a photo in with me. Recently, a girlfriend of mine had a similar awful experience. Wish I'd known! I would never consider services at this salon simply due to their unprofessionalism. My wedding was on April 20th. My best friend contacted them on my behalf a month prior to the wedding date to schedule our makeup appointments. They didn't respond until the week of the wedding. They were able to schedule all of us for the morning of the wedding. I was woken up by their phone call that morning at 8:30 to advise me that they cancelled all of our appointments. The reason you may ask...one girl was "deathly ill with the flu", another girl was out due to a migraine and the last one was on her way to a cheerleading competition. They simply said sorry and had nothing else to say. They could've at least assisted us with other suggestions. I was left flabbergasted by their lack of professionalism and now scrambling to find a makeup artist in a town that I was not familiar with. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy let alone a friend!!! read more

I got my first infection every from a pedicure I received here. I explained my experience to management and even brought in my bottle of antibiotics I was taking to rid my infection, and they showed no concern. This after 3 appointments I had already had with them and I was scheduled for another three more. This management obviously does not care about the quality of service they deliver.
