I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained I wanted to keep the length in my hair while I was well aware my ends were not healthy. She was very careful to cut only what needed to be cut. Rang me back once leaving a message saying she never had an issue with her perms before? Humm? So... I've no curl in my hair and she don't care? No aloha in this, the $100 paid included a big tip, not happy.
