(Let me add that I also used no heat and less shampoo/more conditioner during this process to prepare for healthy curls). She knew exactly how to cut it to make it look its best. Luckily I found Shawn. She's so lovely and is a specialist at color. She fixed things in my first visit so I was super happy AND she didn't make me feel bad at my own attempts at coloring my hair. It's hat season anyways. The hair cut looks wonderful when I do the curls but I want to wear my hair down and not have to use hot tools (did you know it damages it?) on my hair to make it look good. I texted and he told me to make an appointment at the salon, no fuzz no trouble so I liked that. I still have to go back but I think I will just "cut my losses". Definitely not $50 worth. I honestly would of had a better hair cut at the school for $15. I came here because someone I know had "the best hair cut ever" and he was quite disappointed with his as well that day. The place it's crowded and not very organized inside. They definitely could use some upgrades. They do have a private parking lot so parking is easy, specially around 100 Oaks area. Her haircuts grow out beautifully (can't tell you how many compliments I get). As someone with thick hair, I love the movement and life she brings to every cut.
