My Mom used to see Diane when she was at Tiffany's years ago and had one complaint. Diane could…read morenot remember how she wore her hair.Mom said she was an air head but great stylist. Years later Diane now co-owner Salon DI'Lor, and I have been going to her past 3 years and found the exact same thing. Every appt she would ask "So How are you wearing your hair? SHE CRS! I was like a broken record Layered Bob. Because of allergies I could only have same perm every time. Did she try using another with out telling me, YES. Because she said could not obtain, but yet I would remind her 2 weeks in advance to get it. One burned my neck , she got scared and had the nerve to scold me that if my hair was damaged she would NEVER give me another perm. We all have off days at work, and I'm very easing going but told her NOT to ACT THAT WAY. I have come in early if she requested as always told her I'm very flexible, and even were friends, shared a lot, BUT MAYBE I SHARED TOO MUCH! Last week I had an 11am appt, and she asked if I could come at 10:30 to START ME EARLY. Now I know she can work on 2 customers at the same time, so she put my color on my hair at 10:30 and already had another woman having a color in seat which should have been mine, but that's ok. My color normally stays on 1/2 hour, she saw me look at my watch and said: I'm leaving on for an hour. " Longer is better" Said to myself who the hell is she kidding, SHe's running behind with other woman. I get on my phone to notify my sister I would not be meeting her at 12. That's the time I should have been out of there. She finished that other womens color and cut, and then rinsed my color out at 12. Which was now on my head 1 1/2 hours. When she sat me in chair to cut, she asked me 3x when was my last cut. I said DIane, why would you have me come in earlier if you were going to do that customer in MY SLOT! Now I have to text my sister again. SHe raised her voice so that everyone could hear and said, Why did you not tell her when you were sitting there playing with your phone! I snapped at her and said I did , and that was a half hour ago and DON"T YOU YELL AT ME IN Front of other customers! SHE AGAIN ASKED ME HOW MANY WEEKS WAS LAST CUT. I said 5 weeks, and just take an inch off all over. I could NOT wait to get the hell out of there. She then threw a personal insult to me how I carry others BURDENS in life! I replied with Diane, If I didn't like you so much, I would not come back. She replied, Well that's your choice! I played her game, and even gave her a nice tip as I always do, and left. Went to meet my sister, who NOW was past her lunch hour at work. I said to her remember when I ran over a squirrel and got stuck on the road, Mom said back up and finish him off. I said I'm backing up and going to finish Diane off! I went back to SALON and said so loud to Receptionist in waiting area, //The Moment I have to bend Down to Anyone and my Underpants show, that is the Moment I have lost all my self respect and that is NEVER going to happen. I said to her, NOW DIANE is going to get a taste of her own Medicine. I went to where she was doing another client AND SAID DIANE, CANCEL all MY FUTURE APPTS BECAUSE I DON'T NEED TO TAKE YOUR $%^& TO SPEND MY MONEY! She threw a comment like Have a Nice day! Now I know in life we all have issues, personal problems etc. BUT SHE WAS IN A PISSY MOOD THE MOMENT I ARRIVED! I don't like sneaks, and liars in life, and she has deceived me many times on changing perm without telling mt first. We all have crap going on in our lives whether it be personal, financial, health related etc. BUT YOU NEVER BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU and that is JUST WHAT SHE DID! And my color did not take in front, and she cut off my remaining perm! From there, I went to another Salon, and they are going to perm and trim in 4 weeks. I would NOT and DID NOT tell new Salon who was my former stylist, as I did NOT want to hurt Diane, even though she had NO PROBLEM HURTING ME! THAT IS NOT WHO I AM!
