And let me say im so glad I decided to go there. I called and had the pleasure of speaking to the owner Gina, I left her a message and she got right back to me within 20 minutes. Gina was very pleasant on the phone and very accommodating. She was able to get me in her schedule within a week. Since this was my first time I was very nervous and hesitant. Gina was able to put me at ease and assure me that the process was a lot easier and tolerable than I was assuming. She was right! Her place was very clean and she had great time management. She took me right on time, the process took about 20 minutes and was not bad at all she made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. For my first waxing experience (in a very delicate area, if you know what I mean), I could not have picked a better place! Gina was very easy to schedule an appointment with, and answered all of my questions about the Brazilian before the appointment. I felt like I knew what to expect after talking to her, so I arrived prepared for the experience. Gina was so professional, and the experience was quick, efficient, and most importantly, painless. Gina is a pleasure to talk to, which was a delightful distraction from what she was doing. Then, she gave me a discount for being a new customer. I mean, seriously?! That was amazing, and honestly, her pricing is very fair especially considering the high level of service she provides. Bare Body is my new little hidden gem in the world of waxing! The owner, Gina, is a true professional and the VERY BEST at waxing.. I had been using the big chain wax center but Im so glad that Gina opened Bare Body. Her small elegant space is conveniently located off the beaten path in Garden City and so very nice, new, clean and professional. It is so much more private and comfortable than other places. Gina takes the time to give you the cleanest wax with minimum pain and she does it quickly and extremely efficiently! The best part though is that Gina doesn't just give you the best waxing ever, she actually takes the time to educate you on how to care for the area in between waxings. Let me start off by saying Gina's work space is so cute and incredibly clean! I was impressed with her attitude towards both myself and the client she was speaking to in the waiting area who seemed to be a first time Brazilian waxee who was on her way out! Gina is knowledgeable and has a super comfortable personality which is perfect for her profession. Now, for the Brazilian! Not only was it PRACTICALLY PAINLESS because Gina's technique and use of hard wax but it was such a clean job. There were virtually no missed hairs and I had no bumps/swelling/etc. afterwards. I came in for a few different waxes, brow, upper lip, and, Brazilian. She did such a fantastic job. I know naturally my brows are 2 different shapes and most of the time when I get my brows done I have to accept them being a little uneven afterwards but, not anymore. They look identical! It was also my first time getting a Brazilian and I was super nervous walking in but she took those fears away quickly. She was professional, courteous, and, talkative, which helped distract me from any pain and awkwardness. the wax used was great too, most of the time it just felt like a sticker peeling off. the office was very clean. Gina rocks! She does a fabulous job! Great, clean space. She puts you right at ease. If you've never had a Brazilian wax, make your appointment with her right now. You will not regret it. The results are fantastic. With my fair skin, I'm someone who has broken out in the past getting a wax, so I was not sure I wanted to try it, but no bad reactions after this. I went for the first time to get waxed and Gina was awesome! Very sweet and held conversation long enough to distract me from the pain. The office space is small, cozy and welcoming. She was so accommodating with my schedule and she worked with me every step of the way to schedule my next appointment. You can tell that she enjoys what she does! I highly recommend her. I had the chance to meet Gina for the first time last week when I went for my wax appt! I do not have enough positive things to say about Gina and her salon! I absolutely love this place. She is amazing at what she does. I had a Brazilian done and let me tell you! It was not painful! It was quick and painless. She made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she has has been doing this for many years. After I left I called my sister-in- law and told her she has to try Gina out. Glad my friend recommended me to her. Gina was absolutely amazing! I went for my first Brazilian and just booked my second with her. She made me feel so comfortable the second I walked in. She provided a lot of information for me since it was my first Brazilian and talked me through the entire process. The first thing I noticed was how clean her space is. This is the best place to get waxed! The experience of getting your Brazilian wax can be painful and uncomfortable but Gina takes all that away! I would highly reccomend her especially for first timers. I've already brought 2 of my friends to Gina for their waxes and just like me they love their results too! I always book ahead before my trips and vacations. The type of wax she uses is easier on the skin too and leaves little to no ingrown hairs which is an issue I've had with other salons. I recently moved to RI and was hoping to find a go to esthetician and I found that in Gina. She was very friendly, professional, and very responsive while trying to find a day and time that worked best for my schedule. The space is very clean and organized, which is always really important in a waxing salon. I have never had a bikini or Brazilian wax. I ended up getting a Brazilian wax for the first time. Gina, the owner of bare body is absolutely amazing. Amazing customer service, she knew everything there is to know about the skin issues i was having and also my sensitivities, and the prices are very reasonable.
