We arrived within 10 minutes of our appointment and were actually the first people in the shop, so we expected our services to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I paid for a Tier 3 pedicure that included callus removal and a hot stone treatment, yet my feet look almost exactly the same as when I walked in. When you pay for a service, you expect that service to actually be performed, and that simply didn't happen. The bigger issue was the overall organization of the salon. Despite having scheduled appointments, the staff allowed both walk-ins and appointments to fill the pedicure chairs without prioritizing the people who had booked ahead. By the time our nail services were finished, every pedicure chair was already taken. Two of us ultimately had to cancel the pedicures we had planned because we were told we would have to wait even longer--despite being the first appointment of the day. To make matters worse, staff members repeatedly stopped in the middle of our services to grab equipment or start other clients' services that they clearly didn't have the staff available to complete right away. When we left, several people were sitting in pedicure chairs with their feet in cold water waiting for someone to begin. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Appointments should mean something, and customers who plan ahead should not be pushed aside for walk-ins. I hope the salon improves its scheduling, staffing, and service quality because today's experience was very frustrating.

I walked in and asked if i could get my nails to be taken off and She said she could do the service and took me right away. Right off the bat i STRONGLY smelled food like ramen noodles or rice or something and that's usually a BIG NO NO for me but i stayed anyway. I am a cosmetologist myself so i know the procedures on how to take nails off (i should've just done it myself) so when she started drilling and got the cuticle cutter to break my nails i told her just to soak them in acetone since they were thick and she told me it would be easier but would take longer. She began to alternate by soaking and drilling but i assume when it became to tedious, she took the cuticle cutter and pierced my actual nail bed and completely tore my nail plate! I told her to stop and i would try to continue to take my nails off by myself but she insisted to keep drilling! I had to take my hand away from her and walk out! I'm so devastated! I was told they allowed it to be soaked off. I went in for a mani pedi. The woman who did my pedicure was very talkative. I'm not sure if she was licensed to be honest. She shaved the bottom of my foot to the point it was almost raw. It was very uncomfortable for days. The polish paint was not the best. It was a bit clumpy and one had an air bubble which ended up chipping. I'm very particular when it comes to my fingernails. I asked about the soak off and they said yes however they did end up using the file to remove the polish which was frustrating. Polish on my nails was decent but not the best. A few fingers were a little clumpy. For $115 plus tip I expected better. Try at your own risk.
