Manicure, nail and pedicure. Forget it. They seem to move out of one location to another faster than West Texas rabbits. Wouldn't be bad if you could at least know where they are located today. The owner, Mulan COMPLETELY DESTROYED my nails! I literally just walked out of the salon right now in tears! if i could give no stars i would!!! I walked in and asked if i could get my nails to be taken off and She said she could do the service and took me right away. Right off the bat i STRONGLY smelled food like ramen noodles or rice or something and that's usually a BIG NO NO for me but i stayed anyway. I am a cosmetologist myself so i know the procedures on how to take nails off (i should've just done it myself) so when she started drilling and got the cuticle cutter to break my nails i told her just to soak them in acetone since they were thick and she told me it would be easier but would take longer. She began to alternate by soaking and drilling but i assume when it became to tedious, she took the cuticle cutter and pierced my actual nail bed and completely tore my nail plate! I told her to stop and i would try to continue to take my nails off by myself but she insisted to keep drilling! I had to take my hand away from her and walk out! I'm so devastated! UPDATE: I had no idea that sonny and his wife left! I just walked into this place to get my regular waxing done to find out by a lady working on someone's pedicure. I dislike walking into a salon and you have to yell out the service you want and even discuss it in front of people getting manicures and pedicures. Sonny and his wife kept it private. I walked in right now and the lady asked me from across the room what I needed. I walked up to her and told her waxing and she started asking me in front of the lady she was doing the pedicure to what body parts and discussing prices in front of the lady. I felt so uncomfortable. Sonny would charge me less and I was hoping that they would make an attempt to match the price but she made no attempt. The prices went up too. I will no longer be coming here. She told me sonny and wife have moved to Phoenix. This is my go to nail and waxing place. They listen to what I want and their prices are affordable. When I found this salon, I hit the jackpot! I have been going back for a long time. Mulan does an incredible job. It sucks to have to redo this review since I used to love this place but the last time I went they really were just rude the male owner especially. I want on a Sunday for a full set and it was just myself, and the nail techs, the shop was empty. So everything was fine I asked for short white tips, no problem right? So he cut the nails and I asked him to cut them shorter after I asked that his rudeness was just out in the open he replied with they are already short enough, alright whatever and cut them shorter as he is handling my handles there was no gentleness it was all rough and he didn't even clean the acrylic between the nail and cuticles, okay. So I wash my hand and go for the top coat as I'm getting the top coat applied I moved my finger and he let go of my hand and this is what he said "ugh I don't need your help, don't move your hands. I can do it by myself, don't move your finger. I can do it, you don't know what I want" yelling at me in the middle of the salon. Sorry but not coming back here don't disrespect someone who is paying you for YOUR services. So unless you go every week and are a regular in that way instead of a regular that comes once a month (myself) don't bother with the jackass in the front. Go elsewhere. They will just be nicer. Oh and the fact that my acrylic nails only lasted a week.... Waste. read more

I've been to pro nails quite a few times, and one thing thats for certain, the quality of service you get depends on who does the work for you. Unfortunately, I am not willing to pay $50 for the possibility for a great pedi/mani (which is DEFINITELY something you can find here) because the times I spend $50 for a pedi that felt completely rushed and nails that had bubbles and chipped days later, I get pretty annoyed. Maybe one day I will try this place again, but be warned that the service solely depends on who you get. UPDATING: Pro Nails reached out to me to correct my concerns, which is very admirable. I had to wait 15 minutes for service even though there were only two other customers in the salon. But, no matter. The waxing service was quick and the pedicure was really good! The guy who did my pedicure actually gave a nice leg massage that lasted more than the 10 seconds, like other salons tend to do. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Overall, Pro Nails & Spa is a good place to go for salon services. EDIT: I realized after my pedicure that they don't have a drying station for your nails/toes. Kinda weird. read more

This review is really mixed. The first time that I went there I had a wonderful experience. The man who did my pedi was wonderful. My toes looked great. So when a friend was looking for a place to go we went together one afternoon. There were only three people working. Not their fault apparently someone was sick. But one of the women that was working that day was new. She did my friends pedi and apparently was really rough and did a passable (not worth the price paid) job. On top of that we waited an hour and then the pedicures took a hour and half. It was crazy. There were several women in the salon and a couple of them left after waiting for 45 mins. However, the place is clean and they have good polish choices and they are not old and drying out. The chairs are good and the people are friendly. read more

I had an appointment to get my nails fixed by Mulan at 7am. (She opened early to take me.) Not only did she completely fix my botched nails, she shaped them beautifully, made them thin like I like but she also chose the perfect color I was going for. When I came in I was immediately greeted and asked what services I needed. I needed waxing and a mani/pedi. The lady took me back and the waxing area was spacious and extremely clean. She waxed, threaded, and plucked my eyebrows and they look fantastic. When it came time for the pedi I was the only customer in there so the lady came over and started my manicure as my pedicure was being done! I felt extremely taken care of and my nails look great. I'm so upset, I barley found this place in February and since I'm not home much I was in love to find a place that made my nails look amazing. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I go get manis/pedis. When we came in the owner (im guessing) was joking with us from the start so we felt welcomed. Got seated to do the pedicures and that's when it started. You can just tell they were talking trash about us, made us feel so uncomfortable. Once that was done I got my full set and it's probably one of the worst once I've gotten. The first time I came there was barley any lifting around the 4 week mark when I got them filled in at another place. This time, all but 1 were lifting, the shapes were decent but the top was too fat in certain places. I also showed them a picture of something that I had I mind which included little pearls, she claimed it looked like rhinestones when clearly it didn't. It was an enlarged picture so I'm not sure how you couldn't tell the difference. Then there was an issue with color where they had two separate colors but the same number. It's upsetting that now I have to go looking for a different nail place. read more
