I asked her to stop in the middle of service I WAS IN PAIN, she had to ask her trainer to come in and remove this one stubborn strip, she kept pulling it little piece by piece and adding more wax to that same area. When she opened the door again I had no gown and door was wide open with all of me visible!! They hurt me so much and still asked me if I was ready for the rest, no I was not. They didn't add no Fur oil once we were done they left hard wax pieces they both stayed in the room while I changed to my clothes. They never asked me to come in the next day to finish IDK what you do in this sort of case but please DO NOT COME HERE.

She used hot towels on my back, feet and neck it really took the massage to the next level. They offer memberships which I am totally getting to commit to myself the care we need to do.
