I called the owner, Hayley, and she spent a good amount of time with me on the phone listening to my concerns and asking questions about what exactly was happening with my daughter during class. She encouraged me to participate in the classes and gave me some very helpful direction about how to get my daughter more engaged in the activities. The teacher of the class was always very positive and encouraging, too, and now my daughter loves to go to her ballet classes! My husband and I also had the opportunity to participate in the Spring performance of The Velveteen Rabbit; we helped move sets backstage while the students performed. I was extremely impressed by the staff of the school and the owner and her family who were also helping; they obviously put in many, many hours to make the show the success that it was. There were hundreds of students in the show, and the staff and helpers organized the dancers backstage and for their onstage appearances in a completely professional manner, so the show went off without a hitch. The people with whom I've interacted at the front counter have always been attentive, courteous and helpful. We've met 4 different teachers (the school is very flexible about making up missed classes) and they've all been excellent! They are all so warm and welcoming and very professional, and they do an amazing job corralling the little ones to keep them moving from one activity to the next. We love Kinetics and wouldn't go anywhere else!

We were left in the front lobby with excited toddlers and confused parents, with absolutely no communication or explanation. We had over 6 toddlers waiting in a Lobby and over 15 adults. Not ok. This was so unprofessional and upsetting, especially for young toddlers who were looking forward to a party. A call or email, or honestly any notice at all would have made a huge difference, but we received nothing. And WE were the ones who had to track down the owner to ask why no one was there after waiting an hour. I would not recommend this business to anyone planning an event, especially something as important as a young child's birthday party. Reliability and communication is a bare minimum expectation and this experience fell far below that. This was not ok.

I can say that very few workout hit your body so completely like a good session of kettlebell training at Elevate. In one short hour you will get a great workout and walk away fully satisfied. Sure, you will be sore the next day...but no pain, no gain..right? The owner of Elevate and also head trainer Brent is superb at what he does. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned athelete, he always give you suggestions and tips that cater to your specific needs. And since classes are typically small (from 6-10 people), you will get plenty of attention and help when you need it. I will not go into details of what we do in class. Emma's reviews already covered that pretty throughly. What's more important is that IT WORKS! For the past 6 months I've been with Elevate, I've gained lean muscle mass, lost fatty weight, and developed core strength (and when your core is strong, EVERYTHING ELSE is strong). I now live a very busy lifestyle and going to Elevate 2-3 times a week for just about an hour each time has been doing wonders to my body. He was unprofessional and rude and scary and I would never do business there. He had an issue in the parking lot stating that several of the parking places were not to be used by the neighboring business, Hype Dance studio. He was very unreasonable about it and disrespectful. And thought maybe hot yoga will solve our problems... lol. LOCATION: very easy to find and lots of parking spots. It's across from Popeyes... after yoga snack. SESSION: I did a 60 minute class with Instructor Kanade. I love how the studio provided yoga mats and cloth for hot yoga. The rooms was about 103 degrees! WOW! It's my first time doing hot yoga and it was hot. I was kind of worried that I might pass out, but good thing I didn't. I told the yoga instructor it was my first time doing hot yoga and what my concerns were. She was so helpful - she recommended that I bring a huge bottle of water, take it slow and do what you can do. During the class, she watched out for me since it was my first time, she gently opened the door here and there... to give me a quick breeze of cold air. This was definitely helpful and I bet the other people in the room totally appreciated it. Another thing I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE was at the end of class - Instructor Kanade put a COLD lavender cloth on my face ... it smelled soooo good & calming... and that cold cloth... was the thing ever at the end of the class. OVERALL: 5 STARS AND BEYOND! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I highly recommended it even if it's your first time! If you're worried about fainting and it's your first time doing hot yoga... let the instructor know. They are very good listeners.
