I called the owner, Hayley, and she spent a good amount of time with me on the phone listening to my concerns and asking questions about what exactly was happening with my daughter during class. She encouraged me to participate in the classes and gave me some very helpful direction about how to get my daughter more engaged in the activities. The teacher of the class was always very positive and encouraging, too, and now my daughter loves to go to her ballet classes! My husband and I also had the opportunity to participate in the Spring performance of The Velveteen Rabbit; we helped move sets backstage while the students performed. I was extremely impressed by the staff of the school and the owner and her family who were also helping; they obviously put in many, many hours to make the show the success that it was. There were hundreds of students in the show, and the staff and helpers organized the dancers backstage and for their onstage appearances in a completely professional manner, so the show went off without a hitch. The people with whom I've interacted at the front counter have always been attentive, courteous and helpful. We've met 4 different teachers (the school is very flexible about making up missed classes) and they've all been excellent! They are all so warm and welcoming and very professional, and they do an amazing job corralling the little ones to keep them moving from one activity to the next. We love Kinetics and wouldn't go anywhere else!

My daughter in law booked a gymnastics birthday party for my granddaughter. No instructor ever…read moreshowed up. We were left in the front lobby with excited toddlers and confused parents, with absolutely no communication or explanation. We had over 6 toddlers waiting in a Lobby and over 15 adults. Not ok. This was so unprofessional and upsetting, especially for young toddlers who were looking forward to a party. A call or email, or honestly any notice at all would have made a huge difference, but we received nothing. And WE were the ones who had to track down the owner to ask why no one was there after waiting an hour. I would not recommend this business to anyone planning an event, especially something as important as a young child's birthday party. Reliability and communication is a bare minimum expectation and this experience fell far below that. This was not ok.

They said you could come and did not need a partner. It was the one hour dance lesson and then the practice dance period. My daughter and her friend had come with us, and I told them no worries they said you don't need a partner. What a huge mistake. Apparently the advanced learners were suppose to ask those visiting to dance Not one person asked her to dance the entire evening, they asked her friend, over and over and over and over and over. If you are not a skinny girl don't bother apparently. It is already hard to get out there and exercise and have fun, but this experience, for her, was humiliating. We were thinking of joining and doing this to have fun, exercise, and meet new people, but not any longer. The instructors were nice and we really were looking forward to beginning something new as a group, but we will be looking elsewhere.

In Sync has a strong focus on technique which really shows when you see these kids perform. They perform many times a year and each one is so well produced. These dancers work hard and always deliver an enjoyable experience to their audience. This dance studio really feels like a family.
