I love hot yoga and this class is up there with the best of the best. Nothing like stepping into this heated room ( 95 to 100 degrees and humid ) in the dead of a tundra winter . I have been skiing in Park City for decades and own a second home there . Finding this studio and its delightful , highly skilled instructors has been a coup. ! The studio itself, located in Prospector Square embodies a clean esthetic, and also sells sweet homemade items from local artisans, such as honey and kombucha. And then the same courts are (controversially) use for Pickleball. I've taken a Pickleball lesson with their expert. There are only outdoor pools, that aren't open in the winter, and which will be reconstructed and renovated in 2025.

After golf, the group left in the van to head back to the MARC without my 10 year old son. TWO counselors, 9 children, and the counselors didn't realize they had forgotten my son until I called about 45 minutes later to inform them. My son called me from the golf shop after looking for his "group" for about 20 minutes. He did not steer away from the group or go to the bathroom. The only response we received to this situation was a call, 4 days later to apologize and offer a refund.

It can get busy since it's the only decent gym in town, but equipment-wise, it's great. They could have more than two sets of each dumbbell weight, though, but that's the only negative. They have plenty of treadmills, row machines, stair machines, etc. I think some people just want to complain about things. I NEVER used the locker room at a gym (disgusting).

I have spinal stenosis, seven fused vertibraes, a slight tear in my rotator cuff and a herniated disc. I did Yoga for a while but hurt my neck and have been terrified to go back. I am pretty fit from all the cardio I do, but my core, and overall balance and tone need a lot of help. I did some research and found Alison. I told her about all my health issues, and she is very diligent about taking me through the exercises that will help to strengthen me. Pilates is different from anything I've ever done before, there is a little bit of a physical therapy aspect to the workouts I'm doing, they seem pretty simple, but they are challenging!!!
