Massage therapist= 5 stars Venue = 3.5 You will get a great massage here, but here's what you need to know: the massage suite is upstairs in a building that is a gym for the Prospector Community. From the outside you may see signs for the gym/spa/nail salon. Follow those signs and enter through the gym where gym reception will direct you to the massage area. I would not call it a spa because I had to walk through gym music and nail salon smells to get to the Zen area. HOWEVER, it was the best massage I've had anywhere and reasonably priced. One hour before my massage, I typed in the address of this place and was walking around trying to find it thinking it was it's own building. Finally called and got ahold of Melissa (the person who schedules the appointments from her house and lends the clients over to the therapists at this space). She explained that we were about 4 miles away from it (so the location was wrong) and it is inside a sports complex. I finally get there and there is nobody there to help us. I call Melissa again and she throws out all these random instructions (go down this door, type in this code for this locker room, etc). Well that all sounded easy until we were walking around this place wondrously and ended up in a yoga room. Finally, a therapist shows up and I'm ready to cancel. I came early (as approved) with expectations of using the steam room, sauna, lap pool, etc and can't even find anyone to figure out where any of this is. The therapist mentions to us that in order to use the amenities, we have to pay because it's a membership complex. Not to mention, the steam room & hot tub were closed - would've been great to get a heads up on that. Finally, I am here to get a deep tissue massage and get stuck with a therapist that doesn't do deep tissue and they refuse to let me cancel without charging me a 50% cancellation fee - so I do the massage. Awful. Then, right after, I book another massage with another therapist I see there that does do deep tissue. At this point, I am infuriated and ready to never come back here. HUGE shoutout to Erin for saving the day. If it weren't for her, I would never step foot in this place again. She takes her job very seriously, works out all of your knots, and provided a very relaxing experience to turn this around. I get massages often and this is the BEST i have ever had. I wish I could write a glowing review here, but my experience with Now and Zen has been very frustrating. The therapists arrived over 30 minutes late. The massage was mediocre, but the therapists (independent contractors) were nice enough. After the massage, I was charged $180 more than the amount than I was originally quoted. I reached out to inquire about the discrepancy including screenshots of the original prices we were quoted and agreed to but no changes were made. I disputed the transaction with my bank, had the charge adjusted to the correct amount, and informed Now and Zen massage. A month later, I was contacted in an extremely rude and hostile fashion and then charged an additional $700 by the company. As a business owner myself, honesty and integrity should be the foundation of any business. I would highly recommend you choose a different provider for your massage needs. read more

I booked a massage for me and my husband. I got the salt scrub and he got a skiers performance for 75 mins. He has a wonderful experience with his masseuse. The salt scrub for me was fine except i never got a scalp massage which was advertised in the description and he never once touched my feet. Why would someone do a salt scrub in the whole body and not do the feet? Anyway, upon checkout Michael told me my total was $30 higher than what was advertised on the site. I showed him the website and he stated that they are independent contractors and the place i booked through is only the middle man to get them bookings. In the end he honored the price on the website but he had to call the owner of now and zen to discuss the price discrepancy (in front of me) and she said she told me "over the phone" that it was extra for the salt scrub which never happened. Her website states the prices for the salt scrub for 75 mins which is $145. It also states that you are wrapped in warmth (plastic) while you get a scalp massage (never happened). Anyway, the owner does not know how to own up to their mistakes nor does she listen if there are issues with not getting what is advertised. Be aware these are contractors you are booking with and she won't help with any issues after she books you with them. read more

They have switched to Silver Mountain Sports Complex. When I made the appointment over the phone the girl did not mention this. Kat is a great massage therapist. As a person who struggles with TMJ and Migraines, Kat gave me the best neck and shoulder massage I have ever had. I need someone who isn't afraid of massaging my face and neck. She gave a firm massage which was well *kneaded* after a few days of snow boarding. Highly recommend her. After melissa (owner) offered to offset cost, she proceeded to charge a tip (which was paid at time of service) which I did not approve in addition to the massage cost (which was higher than what was on webiste) to my credit card. I never received a receipt for services and was never reimbursed amount for the tip (which Melissa offered to reimburse). on top of everything, the therapist was late arriving to my house! I wish I could give 5 stars because the massage was great from the woman who came to my condo on time. Unfortunately, the other therapist, that worked on my brother, was about 45 minutes late even though she was supposedly only 5 minutes away. He said she gave one of the best massages he's ever had. Had she not, my review would be less stars. Melissa, who runs the business, was very polite and keep us up to date. Both therapist were very professional, brought their own tables, clean sheets and music. She even had some essential oils for a nice relaxing start to the treatment. Pressure was great and she checked-in with me a few times to ensure it was right. Again, great job. Just still not sure how it took so long for the second therapist to arrive. I love the in-home service Now and Zen offers. Especially during Covid (they all wear masks properly). All of Now and Zen Masseuses are great but Mariah is the best of the best. I have been using her weekly. She is very knowledgeable and gives a great massage. Deep tissue sports massages are no problem for her despite her petite size because she has mastered her craft and knows exactly what she is doing. My fiance, an athlete, even raved about the massage he got from her. I highly reccomend Now and Zen Massage and requesting Mariah. She definitely takes pride in her work and it shows (if Mariah is unavailable the other Now and Zen massueses are still top-notch). read more

I had read in another review about Melissa over charging someone and low and behold she struck again. The entire process was over a month of agony. It took 3 days of texting to secure an appointment! One therapist arrived on time the other was late. The therapists were skilled and massage was great. I tipped them both generously in cash and let Melissa know I had done so and to go ahead and charge agreed amount to card on hold. Got back home and days later still no charge? Nine days after massage charge hit! She over charged me and added another 20 percent tip! So now began more days of texting back and forth and being lied to. After about a month into this I finally received a credit! Melissa ruined our experience and did not seem to care. Most unprofessional experience. Not what or how this should be at all. Get it together Melissa or find another career! Not the way to run a business or serve the public!. I was in Park City skiing for the weekend. Since I don't like crowds and it was Spring conditions I decided to take the day off on Saturday. Since I didn't plan for a massage I had to call a few places before finding appt. I forget the front desk woman's name but she said she would make a few calls and call me back. I was so happy when she did. Not only did she find me an appt, she found one that would come to me. Heidi is awesome. She was a few minutes early so she could set up. I was on the table by 1:30pm sharp. Full 90 minutes. I'm normally all about neck and shoulders, but her leg and foot massage was the best.
