The price to experience ratio is unparalleled. As a person who has struggled for years with tension headaches, I have a couple decades of experience with massages. So, in this particular area, I can recognize something special when I see one. The technician got my nails to the perfect length so that they didn't tear (a rarity) and the shellac is still perfect, a full 2 weeks later. Those 2 weeks included travel and theme park, so there was a LOT of hand washing, and not as much moisturizing as there should've been- the state of my nails is better than expected! My toenails are also still perfect, despite hours in saltwater, digging into sand, and no cuticle oil. I will definitely be returning here, and highly recommend it!

He checked me in, and explained the process well. I used a gift card for the service, the card had issue, and front-desk deal the situation professionally to not show any concern to customer, and report to his manager for questions, and got answer in a acceptable waiting time. Good job! 2. Massager was good listener to my needs. I told her about my symptoms, and let her made the decision how massage processing. She spent 1 hour, preforming full body massage from my back to my legs. I notes her my right side of body hurts more, and I felt she enhanced her strength after noticing. Good improvement. I stopped her continuing my legs, because one hour massage I felt it doesn't meet my expectation as therapist because I told her and front desk that my body was stressed and pain. I think if Massage Envy wanted to provide hotel check in experience please do it all the way to the store INCLUDED store manager. She felt bad because she was so new and I appreciated her candor on being new to the shellac and was more than willing to be patient with her. I've scheduled another for myself and my daughter and look forward to seeing her become more confident in her abilities. Also, have received several massages from Haley. Her touch is tender and her personality is kind. I plan to get several more with her!!
