I do have a strong recommendation, however: Will you please start disinfecting the chairs/seats and arm rests after each client leaves? I've been there twice since you reopened, and I did not see any chairs/seats being wiped down once a customer finished their service, in order to prepare for the next customer. We were rushed to pick out our color, the paint is all over our actual fingers and under them and the shapes of the nails are terrible. Mine are completely uneven as far as shape and actual paint. They are blochy and unevenly painted, they are thick painted near the cuticle and the nail is wavy in shape. My daughters are uneven in shape on the tips and half of them are pointed in different directions as well as paint all over her fingers. I took her back inside to get the clumps underneath the nail shaved down some and she replied with, "you need to wash your hands". She took the cuticle cutters and cut underneath 2 of them. Water wouldn't have helped the disaster she is in left with. Very unsatisfied with our rushed visit. $90 to be unpleased with our nails.

They got right to work on my gel pedicure which was reasonable priced @ $40. Overall it took about 45 mins and my toes felt awesome after. The water was always hot, massage chair was comfortable and the color selection was varied. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star was there was nothing special about the service, or the color selection, etc. However I was happy with my pedicure.

I set up an appointment for a full set of acrylics with colored French tips in the coffin shape. I left with dip over my natural nail in a square shape. He even asked halfway through what length I wanted and I said I wanted the same length in the photo. When he started putting dip on my nails, he said he was going to do dip on one hand and acrylics on the other so that the length matched, but I ended up with dip on both hands and my nails are half the length I wanted them to be. After the base dip was on my nails I just told him to do a square shape, because I feel like short coffin nails looks weird on my hands. Like I said, they did good quality work but it wasn't what I was hoping to get. Guess I'll need to be very explanatory next time I go.
