Our initial intention was to teach our children perseverance and not easily giving up in the process of learning ballet. We wanted them to stand tall and not hunch when they're on their feet. Under the dedicated guidance of Mrs. Chris for over a year, their ballet skills have made significant improvements. The classes are too big -18 students in one class -sounds rather greedy (see above about the tuition). Or maybe that the instruction is all about the show at the end of the year and not about true form or classical dance. Ask most students after a year if they want to return to class and most will say "no". If you want your child to have fun and appreciate ballet and not have a sour taste in her mouth for the rest of her life about ballet, well do not darken the doorstep of this school. After that, I managed to gain some coordination and my passion for organized dance grew into Salsa, Bachata, Swing, and more. Now approaching our upcoming wedding, I didnt even think twice about who to chalenge with trying to teach our families how to dance for our special day because I knew John Ross was the man for the job. We scheduled a private lesson for us as a couple for our first dance, and to teach my dad and my fiance's mom for the father-daughter and mother-son dances.
