He and his wife (the receptionist) were sort of fighting; he was irritable and ill tempered which was very uncomfortable to be around. She was very friendly and warm. First dimple went fine, still have it over a year later. On the second dimple he struggled to anchor it and was digging in my back for several minutes. Also forgot to count me down bc he was conversing with his coworker.
