I've been going here for about a year and things were pretty good except it doesn't feel like a relaxing trip to be pampered anymore. It feels very transactional. They ask you to pay the second you walk in. I love the foot massage option, but it's not always available so it is disappointing when it's not. And depending on which tech you get will determine your experience. I did not have a good experience with Judy the two times I had her. My eyes are always burning and she slams down her hand every time she takes a lash off... I was prepared to be hit at one point. She didn't offer me a mirror when she was done. She just rushed me out for the next client...she also talks/yells to other workers in the salon when she's 6 inches from your face. I used to go here regularly for several reasons. The place is clean, convenient, and Chloe did a nice job. But then the prices went up, Chloe started to NOT do a very thorough job anymore. The last time I was in, my 3D lashes fell off in the first week! It is over $115 to get them, and they started to not last very long. In addition they used to have a foot massage as part of the service, but that went away too. The final straw was what I have read by others... I had no cash left for a tip (they wont take Credit cards or you have to pay a premium) , and they texted me to "pay a tip". I would NEVER not leave a tip - even with the bad work! If I had the opportunity to explain, since I come in every month I would have given her double the next time I was in. You think after a year you have developed some trust/understanding...and they know I always gave 20%. I was very insulted. read more

Now although this was my first time getting lash extensions, I can surely say I was impressed with the results! I have very short, straight lashes that you can barely see even if I use an eyelash curler and mascara. Wanting to try something new, I quickly yelped a place near me and came across Nash's Lashes! I read the positive reviews and came in the next day. I had no idea what to expect and I basically said I wanted natural, semi-curly eye lashes. Miki took me under her wing and applied the silk lashes one by one, taking about an hour and fifteen minutes. While you're laying down getting your lashes applied, a masseuse comes in and gives you a heavenly foot massage for fifteen minutes, which you can extend for a small price (about $40 for the remaining hour or $10 for additional fifteen minute intervals). When Miki finished up my lashes, I was so impressed which how natural they looked and felt! They definitely take some time getting used to and sometimes I can still see my eyelashes out of my eyes since they're much longer and fuller than my usual! The one thing that I will communicate to those looking to get lash extensions for the first time is that they do take some maintenance. You cannot get then soaking wet right after you get them done. When I finally showered the next day, my eyes definitely burned and I couldn't rub my eyes to get the water out. 4 days later, I have gotten them wet and gently rubbed my eyes in the shower and they're still fully in tact! The salon will provide you lash brushes to keep them maintained after showers and such. Even though you need to be more careful when showering, I am overall very pleased with the results! It's so great to have full, curled lashes without having to wear ANY eye makeup! I'm able to skip a step in my morning makeup routine and have received so many compliments! Update: 26 days later and my eyelashes still look fantastic! In fact, my mom asked me if I got them redone! Highly recommend Nashes! read more

I read great reviews and decided to give Nashs Lashes a try before a wedding. My overall experience was fine. The space is clean and inviting. Chloe was my technician and did an amazing job on the 3D lashes-- I couldn't have expected my lashes to look better! I was pleased until I was at the front desk and told what to tip. I usually tip generously, but if a certain amount is requested, perhaps the employer should pay their technicians a better base salary. Unfortunately, the lashes began to fall out steadily over the next few days even though I was very careful to follow instructions. I know some fall out is normal, but by the time the wedding arrived only 1 week later, I had hardly any lashes left other than my natural lashes. Definitely not worth the money in my case. I called recently to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised they were able to take me that same day. This was only my second eyelash extension experience, the first being a guinea pig for a friend who is training. Jessie was very quick considering how thick(in a good way, I asked for that style) they are, and did a great cat eye look.
