Years ago, I used to go to Mastercuts in Oakridge mall and well..you get what you pay for. Well actually, the stylists there are okay but the last straw occurred when someone there who rarely cut my hair cut it and it was really bad. After that experience, I decided to move onto better pastures. That's where Susan comes into play. She's been cutting my hair for more than few years now and she's always done a great job. Not only are her cuts great but her customer service is exceptional. Even if she's running 1 minute late, she always apologies even though she doesn't have to since most of the time it's b/c other clients were running late. I scheduled an appointment based on yelp reveiws. Susan answered my call and happily scheduled me in on the day I needed. I've been wanting to try Balayage for some time on my auburn/brown hair. Basically I had box dyed my hair twice in between my last professional cut/color and coming to see Susan. We all know how that goes... Cute salon tucked into a strip mall. I breifly asked for balayage and color correction/root touch up. She went right to work and knew exactly what she was doing. 3 1/2 hours later my hair was perfectly golden with a lot of dimension and my roots were fixed beautifully. She even squeezed in the BEST haircut on a last minute request. Listened to exactly what I wanted. Left wth a beautiful blowout and style!
