Then she proceeded to say that she isn't racist, but there are some white people who are white trash, and there are some Black people are *n-words* (except she said the actual word). I was so shocked, so disgusted. I told her she cannot say that word to me and that was not ok!! She said she didn't mean to offend, but the damage is done and I know who she is now. What are the odds? I booked right away. I later found out that she had a cancellation. When I arrived I was a little out of my head because I thought I would be later, Molly was absolutely amazing. She essentially calmed me down. Which was awesome. The wax shop is very inviting and quaint, I didn't feel like I was in chain establishment in a sense it felt like home. She was very nice. The room she does her waxing in is spacious but not intimidating. It was very clean and well organized which I loved. She explained everything that she would be doing from beginning to end our conversation was easy and helpful, she help me get through the pain .....FYI I'm a screamer lol! I ended my appt by booking another one because she was just that great. I also felt that her pricing was very reasonable.
